DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I along with several friends and professional clients have been using Luxuparking for several years, but in recent months their level of service and customer care has deteriorated considerably.
My partner left a 2 week old car with them recently. He had washed it the night beforehand and booked to have the covered parking. When he collected the car he drove home and discovered damage. There is no doubt that this happened when in the care of Luxuparking. When he contacted them they eventually responded saying that they had a video to prove that the car was already damaged. They refused to send a copy of this. I also returned recently and having called from the terminal had to wait for an unacceptable length of time.
They have proved themselves to be unprofessional, unreliable, untrustworthy and uncaring about the cars that they are entrusted with and their paying customers!!

For me this has been a very smooth, and cheap, way of handling parking at Malaga Airport.

Drop off and pick up (same place) is directly in the short-term parking (where you park when you pick someone up at the airport, for those familiar). And you can get your car cleaned as a service.

One thing to note is that it takes about 15-20 minutes to get the car, so make sure to call already when you land or pick up your luggage.

BEWARE with this company. I used them for years and everything is ok until something goes wrong.

I bought a new car 2 weeks ago the car was pristine, I was nervous about leaving the car and made extra care to ensure the man checked my car, he walked around and inspected and he didn't mark any damage to the car. Little did I know, they ticked a box to say "could not verify" (I assume this is to try and remove their liability)

This company claim because the car was dropped off when it had gone dark they could not properly check the car therefore they are not liable for the damage done to my car in their care which is absurd. I collected my car at 2am in the morning and saw the damage instantly as the car park at Malaga Airport is lit. So according to their explanation if any car is dropped off when it is dark they will not verify there is no damage to your car therefore are not liable.

Honestly using them several times before I trusted they would act professionally and accept the liability for the damage they caused. The damage albeit is small but its a brand new car and I now have a chunk of paint missing.

Be very very careful with this company, they refuse to accept the damage they made to my car and I now have to go down formal routes
