The worst airport car service company.
The problems started with the drop off. The email from 1-parking says to give them a call if you arrive early or late than predicted time. We were due to arrive 15 minutes early, as it will happen to many of you. After ringing the company we were told that they cannot pick the car up early and we had to sit in a parking lot outside the airport.
Be careful when you choose your parking option during booking process online. All options state car cleaning and tyre pressure checks - but these services are not included. We have chosen zone 2, with interior and exterior clean, at a higher price, and the car was not cleaned or the tyres not checked. You receive a contract when you drop off the car at the airport, where on the back, in small print, it states that these services are ‚courtesy’ services, and are not actually included.
In the email explaining the process of car collection it states that the car will be delivered 20 minutes after landing, as they will monitor the flight progress, however it is not. When you call them at the collection point. they say that you should have called them in advance, but the email does not explain that. They do not monitor the flight. Apparently the 20-minute rule relates to ‚fast-track’, which is not explained in the email. Ended up waiting 40 minutes for the car in the car park.
Moreover one of the staff lied on the phone that the car was stuck in an accident, where another said it has not left the parking place for delivery!
This is the one and only time we will ever use this company! We were late for the usual one. There are better services out there.

LLegamos el 31 de diciembre de 2024 en vuelo desde Treviso a las 19:15. Hicimos llamada para recoger vehiculo a las 19:41 y nos tuvieron esperando en el parking hasta las 21:02 que nos entregaron el coche tras varias quejas a los chicos que lo gestionaban. Su excusa, que por motivos ajenos a ellos faltaba personal en un dia tan señalado. Pero atendieron a mas de diez familias que llegaron al parking despues de nosotros. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Es un desastre. Nadie me paga para que lo escriba, es tan real como la vida misma.

I have used them many times now, I’ll admit the car has never been cleaned properly which I paid for, but it’s a small thing so it’s not really bothered me before as the overall, what you pay for is what you get has met expectations. This time, they stole from my car about 40/50€ of change, they searched my car for! the car wasn’t cleaned, which I paid for and was in fact dirtier than when I dropped it off. Where they jet washed the outside pretty half hearted they dented and scuffed my car, which by the way had just had a total respray in the last year. I even tipped the fella who dropped it off to me on return who looked dodgy as hell! When reported to them the lady basically admitted to me that theft was an acknowledged problem and that it’s affecting the business. No apology, no recompense, nothing! Avoid! I paid extra for my car to be under cover and under 24h cctv, I didn’t realise the criminals would be their own staff!!! Avoid at all costs as they are the epitome of “I don’t give a sh-te, you’re just a target for me”! I will post this to as many sites as I can possibly do as I feel shafted!! They are totally useless.
I booked a reservation, the last page on their website said I would receive a confirmation email, I did not.
The web page said if I don't receive the email, I should contact them. I have phoned three times, and listened to the massage tell me they will answer as soon as possible. On each occasion they cut of the connection after three minutes. So I emailed them. they did not respond. So I phoned their Alicante number, surprise surprise they did answer, but nobody spoke English.
Thankfully I haven't paid them anything.
And they seem to think in there wildest dreams I would entrust them with my valuable car.

El pasado jueves a las 5,40 tenía contratado la recogida de mi vehículo, con correo de confirmación.
A esa hora me encontraba en el sitio indicado, no encontrándose el personal con su identificación.
Tras varias llamadas al teléfono indicado en su correo nadie me lo coge.
Como mi vuelo salía a las 6,45 decido meter el coche en un parking.
Presentó reclamación a 1Parking y me dicen que yo no me presenté en mi lugar, cuando estuve más de 10 minutos andando por la zona intentando localizarles.
Hay algo que está empresa no hace bien.

The worst experience ever, booked the fast pick up, got off the plane and had to wait an hour and a half for the car. Absolute joke of a company, do not use them.

Worst expierence ever! It is a scam. We had to wait more than 1,5 our after we called them to bring our car back. There was no personel available they said. When the car finally arrived it was not cleaned as agreed and when we made a complaint about it we were even fisically threatened and they refused us to leave the parking place. First we had to pay everything they charged, even for the cleaning that was not done!!

Personal muy amable y atento. Nos ayudaron con nuestras dudas desde el primer momento.

I called the office to inform them that I will arrive at the drop off point in about 5 minutes. They were nice and helpful with some directions, even if a share location on their website is more accurate and saves time.
There was one guy that told me that I have to drive around until someone leaves, park the car and then to call him….It took some time..
At the return they had the information of arrival, I had called the office 20 minutes prior and I was told the car will be waiting. It was not, I was waiting 40 minutes and witnessed the customers that complained that money was stolen from her car, another person who had the car damaged etc. The attendant was looking confused and lost, wasn’t able to count the chance nor to have a coherent conversation!
Finally when the car arrived it was completely wet and the floor mats were covered in mud . I did paid premium price for inside parking!!!
Very bad service! If I was just reading the reviews I would never used this company!!!

No lo recomiendo nada, nos dicen que llamemos en Villena y al llegar a Alicante llamamos y nos dicen que en 5 minutos llegan, pasan 20 y volvemos a llamar y nos dicen que aún no han salido, que llegarán pronto. Hemos estado esperando el coche 1h y 20 minutos, son unos incompetentes y muy poco profesionales.

Socking Service. No problem dropping the car off.
Email states they track the flight and the car will be waiting. Nope! Had to gave one of the staff call for it. Twenty minutes wait.
The floor mats were covered in mud . Worn I questioned this I was told...it was raining.
I keep approximately €20 in conis in yhe car for parking and car wash, this was stolen.
Never again!
Stupidly I am only reading the reviews now and I see this seems to be standard

We are going to ask for information about the theft mentioned above, we will find out by staff management. I am sorry to inform you that we are not responsible but thank you for the information, we do not want staff with such values.

The cleaning was outside, as you contracted zone 1. The car park is dirty and it has been raining, which explains the mud stains.

Después de 4 días, he vuelto a reiterar mi reclamación y aun no he recibido ninguna respuesta. Te dicen que envies reclamación pero nadie contesta

Desaconsejo hacer uso de este servicio puesto que al llegar de regreso del viaje me tuvieron esperando más de 15 minutos en pleno agosto a mediodía (y eso que llamé desde las escalerilla del avión). Para colmo cuando fui a cargar el equipaje en el maletero pude observar que me habían cambiado la bandeja trasera por otra vieja y rota. Llevo más de 3 reclamaciones por correo electrónico y no responden. ¡Fatal!

Stay away! Very rarely on time, paid for indoor parking incl. wash/cleaning, but the car was always dirty. They made 3 dents/scratches on the car in their custody, but denied it and never compensated or repaired. Reckless driving to try and get there on time. No service - staff indifferent.

If i could put a zero rating i would, i have been using 1-parking for a number of years now. Since day 1 when i've requested the car to be cleaned inside and outside and checks on the tire pressure isn't hasnt been carried out.

Furthermore this august i reported to them that my car was damaged and took pictures at pick up of this damage. Unfortunately they dont agree that the car got damaged under their care. When they requested the image i took they said it wasnt valid, taking into account you cant amend the time or date on a digital picture they now seem to ignore my emails or calls.

I would NOT recommend this service to anyone!!

Me han roto el paragolpes del coche y me dicen que mande un correo y no contestan! El coche es nuevo y le han partido y desencajado el parasoles. Un desastre de servicio

very bad experience! car returned badly damaged and they apparently have no insurance for their drivers. paid to park inside and car is under a bridge, so not inside at all. I contacted them and Jasmine personally and no response.

Pésima atención tanto de recogida como de entrega. No están
Pendientes del aterrizaje como dicen y además son muy maleducados. Tardan más de media hora en recoger y entregar. Un desastre
