Non existing customer service

Absolutely fuming, received my order in the 15th September 2025 reported it as they sent the wrong item they said they've sent it over to the relevant department didn't hear anything from them so sent another email to yet get the same automated responses!!! I have tried to call them yesterday to be 42 in the queue and after 1 hour giving up. I have then tried to call them today to get to number 1 after 35 minutes for someone then to put phone down. How can I get this resolved when no one answers the phone or responds to my emails!!!!!

Update from the response below 👇 I have already done that hence the reason for this review as the customer service team are non existent

Order delayed every month / customer service rubbish

I don't know what's gone wrong with snackverse. At the beginning it was so good. The box's was coming on time no problem 4 months later I'm forever chasing my delivery of the box's. Just to also add I've received the same country within the space of 5/6 month. I sent them a message and I was told We repeat the boxes after every 12 -18 months with different snacks obviously they don't but customer service don't listen and just send you a automated reply back what they send to everyone. I will now be cancelling my plan with snackverse.

Quick delivery

Quick delivery, products good. Will just add it's not a complaint but just a recommendation you sent a free gift which was very kind of you and I know you didn't have to but the item you gifted was going out of date within the next 2 days so it was just going to be wasted.

Terrible customer service

What an absolutely shocking customer service team they have. Everytime I've called Vodafone I've spent minimum of 45 minutes on the phone. No one reads the notes on your account and when you clearly state to the advisors please make sure this is in the notes it never happens! And also when you explain your query if they think it's too complex for them they turn the mic on mute so you cut them off then you cheat message to say they've tried to call you back when they don't! I took out a ipad with them just over 2 years ago and paid insurance. Little did I know that after me ringing them up to say I've finished paying for my ipad and no longer need any more monthly payments taken as this didn't automatically stop they cancelled the whole thing including my ipad. Little did I know they also cancelled the insurance!! Surprise suprise 1 week after cancelling my ipad has become unusable due to not responding the screen. I then called Vodafone up to be passed from pillar to post and then was told they cancelled my insurance and because the ipad has finished I couldn't insure it. SHOCKER. They said the can only insure it on an active line so back and forth I was going and was then told we can activate my line back as all I needed was a line open. Little did I know they was going to charge me £71 a month which is way more then I was paying even for the iPad. So again another call to Vodafone who said there was nothing really they could do and if I wanted insurance I would need an active plan and that's the cost. So looks like no insurance and a unresponsive iPads. No one else will insure due to the age of my iPad THANKS VODAFONE

Absolutely shocking service.
Also when you write a complaint to infor@establulo they advise you that they are looking into and then come back to you and ask for details in which I've sent over and then nothing this has now been going on for over 4 weeks nothing will ever get done and you will be ignored absolutely disgusting behaviour!!!

Excellent customer service

Spoke to a very helpful gentlemen named Brian today in which I can’t praise enough for his fantastic customer service skills!!
He’s made me feel at ease now sorting the little issue we had. Much appreciated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Placed an order 2 items missing

Placed an order 2 items missing, contacted customer service because 2 parcels was delivered they stated my items was all delivered correctly. i clearly told them that i had 1 parcel delivered from them and the other from another company so they had it all wrong. I had to chase this up again for them to investigate and say it was delivered!! a lot of back and forth not got the items they aren't willing to send me another lot out. First time ordering and will be the last!!!! Taken my money and not got the items i was supposed to

was speaking to the live chat for over…

was speaking to the live chat for over 1 hour. had problems with talktalk since the day i started with them. For one the go live set up was a mess around with the engineer not turning up on 3 occasions. The next problem we had was the internet dropping. this was sorted about 6 months into the contract no sort of apology given. The third was a TV packaged that were ordered which should of been cancelled however another TV package got sent out again today. When speaking to the live chat I explained that i would keep the TV package if this contained the sky sports/bt sports channels. the advisor told me that this wasn't the case and that i should wait till the 14th of July as new deals will be coming out. She never explained to me how this tv package was sent out again! I then gave up and had to call the customer service telephone line. The guy on the phone told me I need to log into my account and remove a TV boost I explained that I never wanted a tv boost on my account. the advisor suggested he would remove this manually. I still have no clue on what i'm paying for!! TalkTalk have just messed me around for all time time!!!!!
