Terrible customer service
What an absolutely shocking customer service team they have. Everytime I've called Vodafone I've spent minimum of 45 minutes on the phone. No one reads the notes on your account and when you clearly state to the advisors please make sure this is in the notes it never happens! And also when you explain your query if they think it's too complex for them they turn the mic on mute so you cut them off then you cheat message to say they've tried to call you back when they don't! I took out a ipad with them just over 2 years ago and paid insurance. Little did I know that after me ringing them up to say I've finished paying for my ipad and no longer need any more monthly payments taken as this didn't automatically stop they cancelled the whole thing including my ipad. Little did I know they also cancelled the insurance!! Surprise suprise 1 week after cancelling my ipad has become unusable due to not responding the screen. I then called Vodafone up to be passed from pillar to post and then was told they cancelled my insurance and because the ipad has finished I couldn't insure it. SHOCKER. They said the can only insure it on an active line so back and forth I was going and was then told we can activate my line back as all I needed was a line open. Little did I know they was going to charge me £71 a month which is way more then I was paying even for the iPad. So again another call to Vodafone who said there was nothing really they could do and if I wanted insurance I would need an active plan and that's the cost. So looks like no insurance and a unresponsive iPads. No one else will insure due to the age of my iPad THANKS VODAFONE
