I visited with my wife and Granddaughter to return some walking boots that were faulty. One of the eyelets had broken. The staff didn’t quibble at all about the refund and asked if I wanted to choose some replacements. The sales assistant that dealt with me was very helpful, offering advice and even engaging with my 5 year old Granddaughter who was being rather ‘challenging’ at the time! Nothing was too much trouble. Altogether a very positive experience.
