unbelievable I WAS WAITING FOR AN ORDER I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS ANYTHING LIKE THIS
I’m sorry to see that the recent order you had placed with us was not successful.

Having investigated this for you, I can see that when we had tried to process this an error had occurred which had resulted in us being unable to fulfil your order. As the order cannot be completed it has had to be cancelled on our system and refunded.

Unfortunately as this is a system cancellation there are no notifications of this when it happens. The only option is for you to check your account for the progress of your order. my god you know things have moved on in logistics the better firms now on screen tracking and hour time slots, anything that takes into consideration the end user, NOT THIS LOT MY GOD A TOUCH OF nostalgia YOU DON'T NEED the imprisonment by delivery time off work that hell is back,and on top of that a £2000 CYCLE at the bottom of a van with all other goods piled on top I was the last drop it was smashed, and now they are texting me to deliver phantom parcels nobody is sending.....WE WILL DELIVER YOUR PARCEL BETWEEN MONDAY AND FRIDAY

what is there to be said about a credit card that I have just got? its a card used to buy things at too high an interest rate , I use it to make use of the direct debit for account interest, pay it off in full and they are all the same

I can see that you latest bill has been based on an estimated reading and you had provided readings to us on October 7th. I have now replaced the estimated readings with your actual readings and I have revised the bill for you. I hope this helps.
