I’m sorry to see that the recent order you had placed with us was not successful.
Having investigated this for you, I can see that when we had tried to process this an error had occurred which had resulted in us being unable to fulfil your order. As the order cannot be completed it has had to be cancelled on our system and refunded.
Unfortunately as this is a system cancellation there are no notifications of this when it happens. The only option is for you to check your account for the progress of your order. We are working on improving this as we are aware that this is not an ideal scenario so please know we are trying to make this process better.
