Z-Trip is the worst

started using Ztrip in 2922 after my mom stopped walking.
The drivers were always amazing. I never had problems with the drivers.
It's the company.
They make so many mistakes.
They will schedule you a ride and no one will show up because they don't have a driver. Instead of them being honest about it.
I know they are busy but, what really upsett me was today.
My mom is 84 yrs old, her best friend passed and I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday for her the go to the Memorial on Saturday at 12:30.
I called early that morning to confirm my appt for today 9/12/25.
The rider showed up at 11:35 he was in the back I had my son to tell the driver go to the front.
When we went out the door at 11:43 he was gone.
I called Z trip back they and informed them. They said it showed the ride was complete.
The next driver came in 15 minute , but they scheduled the wrong pick up he was a regular pickup when we needed a wheelchair van. I called them back but was told they didn't have a wheelchair driver so we missed my mom best friend funeral.
She was devastated, and so was I.
I can never make this up to her.
We even tried to use them to go the the repass, they told us when they get a driver they will send him.
I finally canceled everything at 2:40.
Very sad and disappointed.

This service is awesome

This service is awesome. I have accessibility problems and recently had surgery in January 2025 and still recovering. So getting outside was challenging. Thanks to man name Keno and fellow drivers Yamie and Will. I have now overcome my fear of leaving the house. Thank you guys. Yous are Angel's in my eyes. God bless yous. They deserve so much more then a promotion.

I booked my ride more than an hour…

I booked my ride more than an hour before my pick up time. The driver who picked up the booking number 53033723 called me around 1:16 O´clock pm, 14 minutes before 1:30 pm. today. I checked the details and it showed that his car number is h01118, and his phone number is (832) 499-0561. He has a Nigerian accent. The driver did not show up because he asked me where are you going ? to make sure if the ride is a long distance with more money. I d not tell him and informed him that I will be waiting outside. The driver of the Number h01118 z trip vehicle did not show up and he block my number to not answer my calls. On the booking link it said the ride is completed based on the driver´s submission in z trip I believe. The link is asking me to rate the trip and driver, but there is no option to state that the driver did not show up. Z trip caused me a loss of an irreplaceable work of whole week I can not describe my frustration, disappointment and fierce dislikeness to a business without values like this. The driver has to be asked to go and work somewhere else away from an honest and reliable business provide rides to persons who are about to go and conduct business or go to have very important and urgent needs.

Z trip failed me today

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Z Trip. Their Google page advertises 'reliable taxi services,' 'available 24/7,' and 'airport transportation.' However, my recent experience was contrary to these claims.

I booked a ride for an early morning flight with sufficient notice, but no driver arrived or contacted me within the specified timeframe. Fortunately, I received assistance from a good Samaritan, but this experience highlights the need for Z Trip to improve their reliability and communication.

Upon reviewing Google reviews, I noticed similar complaints from other customers. I attempted to address my concerns with a supervisor, Tony, but he showed a lack of concern and provided an unsatisfactory explanation.

To resolve this issue, I recommend the following:

A. Improve honesty and transparency regarding service availability and reliability.

B. Remove false advertisements from their Google page, including the claims of 'reliable' and '24/7' services.

C. Take disciplinary action against Supervisor Tony for his inadequate response and lack of concern.

Furthermore, I suggest warning service members about Z Trip's unreliability and considering revoking their base access and recommendations. This may prompt the company to take necessary steps to improve their services.

Wayne (ID7364) from Fort Sam Houston to the airport. Absolutely phenomenal experience. 20 mins from random call in to pickup and arrived at the SAN ANTONIO Airport within minutes. He's personable, knows this city and made a great recommendation for barbeque lunch just beyond the TSA check-in station. His phone number is in my contacts. Awesome experience!

First ride was awesome but today was a total different experience where they didn’t want to even service my trip and the dispatcher got arugementive. Shouldn’t even be part of wego Acess!!! The dispatcher that called me even said they wasn’t gonna to service my trip at all since they became argumentive. I called wego and got an uber instead because this company Ztrip is very rude and disrespectful to its customers! I didn’t have a choice for this service either since it’s booked through public transportation.

On 2-6-2025 ZTRIP Poor service

On 2-6-2025 I had a very bad experience with the ztrip transportation in Nashville TN. On this day Ztrip automatic service left me stranded at Kroger for 4 hours before I was able to find a ride back home on my own I had to pay $22. I am done with ZTRIP Rides. Don't count on a ride if you use a wheelchair

Ordered a wheelchair cab ride for my brother in Colorado Springs on Christmas Day. Made reservation several weeks in advance and called each week to confirm. Ride was scheduled for 10 am. Z-trip automatic service called and confirmed ride at 9 am on the day of the ride. At 10:05, I called to see if cab was running behind and was informed they were still looking for a driver. Was told they would call when they found a driver. The automatic system then called me every 20 minutes saying they were looking for a driver... finally gave up at noon. This is the second time he's been left stranded by Z-trip. Unfortunately, there are limited options in the city on holidays so it's a roll of the dice.

THEY DON'T SHOW UP AND THEN LIE ABOUT IT



I am blind in one eye and going blind in the other. I HAVE to go to the retina specialist and occasionally get shots in my eye so that I don't go blind in BOTH eyes.

My insurance company booked me a ride with Z-TRIP. I had no choice about it. If I had known it was going to be with this company, I would have objected because they left me at my doctors office until 7:30 at night the last time, after I got out of my appointment at 3:30.

Yesterday morning, I called to verify that the ride would be here. The insurance company verified it with them.

The guy was supposed to be here at 1:30. I waited outside, starting at 1:20, and I had my cell phone with me.

They never showed up and did not call. When I called the insurance company at about 1:50, they said that the driver claimed he had been here and that he had called me and that I did not answer. ALL LIES. When people lie, they should make sure that they don't lie about anything that can be electronically PROVEN.

My phone did not ring. I was holding it in my lap. There is no record in the CELL PHONE HISTORY that any person called me between 1:30 and 1:55, when I called the insurance company, asking what the heck happened.

Z-TRIP is a completely unethical, unreliable, crappy company that ought to be put out of business, at least where transporting patients are concerned. Of course, if you have a plane to catch, you are OUT OF LUCK with these people.

I have used a lot of taxi companies in the last 70 years. Z-Trip is just the WORST. I don't have a description bad enough for them.

I will NEVER use Ztrip again!!

I will NEVER use Ztrip again!!! They left me stranded at the airport for 4 hours before I was able to find a ride home on my own. the people who answered the phone repeatedly lied to me. They kept saying that they couldn't find a driver to pick me up, but I saw several Ztrip drivers pick up other travelers. I booked my ride TO the airport a day in advance and I almost missed my flight because they claim they couldn't find a driver to take me. They NEVER contacted me to let me know they couldn't find a driver or I would have driven myself. Extremely poor service.

I was at Walmart on Eubank in Albuquerque and I called for a ride and they didn't have any drivers and I kept calling to check on my ride and it keeps telling me they couldn't find a driver so I canceled the ride so I had to walk to Central Avenue to get the bus home and I will tell you people don't use Ztrip for a ride they are not dependable to get a ride home with them so be sure you know someone that can pick you up and please don't depend on ztrip because you will never get home and I had to get the bus home

Horrible horrible company

Horrible horrible company! Beware! They charge the driver like $60 to use one of their cars per day, which is basically the same as doing 2 trips AND they charge you $54 PER DAY to use their tablet! So basically you have to do FOUR trips to recover from their fees...so you are working for free for the first FOUR trips! What a greedy greedy company! Plus if the driver wants to use their own car they have to pay for their own gas and have wear and tear on their car. So you would have to work 8 to 10 hours JUST TO BREAK EVEN! And they will install cameras in your personal car and you can't turn them off when you're done with your shift?! That's a violation of privacy and against the law! Stay away from this company!!

It was the WORST MOST HORRIFIC…

It was the WORST MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE EVER ! I called for a ride and the driver said that he was not going to come but then asked me for a trip another day-BECUASE HE SAID HE NEEDED A JOB WHAT THE WORLD-NO!. It was almost an hour and a half later that I received a call from another driver who came after waiting for nearly 2 hours. The man came and when it was time to pay him USING A credit card he started to yell AND scream for what reason? just take the card and swipe it-dummy-he then said "you people" After that comment and waiting and WHILE WAITING ON HIS RANT TO STOP and waiting on him I had top threaten to call the police because I felt so unsafe. It was HORRIBLE!! After I said I was calling the police - he stopped and he took the card then he said "Oh, there it is." WHAT THE WORLD?! I HATE that I did not call UBER -don't know what I was thinking-dumbest decision but this company will meet the same fate as its former name-UBER will completely take over and such foolishness like what happened to me will be over--UBER from now on -promise!

So I called Monday at 12:50 pm to make appointment for 14th today at 9:15 am and the lady repeated the address and time to confirm I said yes . Well today comes by and I call them at 9:30 al wondering where they are . They told me my appointment was for the day time I called they said I said no plus no z trip never showed up that day . Then I booked a ride at 9:30 am today well by 10:00 am no show so I cancelled cause my app was at 10:00 am . And 2 week ago I was stranded at Walmart nobody showed up for 2 hours . The driver Tamika told me to call her when we get in the checkout line and she told me she'll be there in 10-15 minutes I'll let 40 minutes go by to call her and she tells me oh I'm on another run so I called the company to get another ride nobody never showed up for the next hour and a half so I called my aunt back to come get me when she got to Walmart I went ahead and cancel the trip but the trip sucks I paid to make a a-dollar trip to go a mile away the neighborhood Walmart's not but maybe a mile away from my house it cost $7 and gave her a $5 tip

I paid to have a friend brought to my house once the driver got there I used my credit card the first time I used the card it said it went through but he said it didn't get approved on his end so I swiped it again and it was approved but I told him i think you double charged me but he said he didn't i look on my transactions on my phone and it revealed he actually did charge me twice now I'm having trouble getting the issue resolved from the company so I don't recommend this company for no reason period.
