The airport transfer service is…

The airport transfer service is excellent. The driver is punctual and the notification is as said 30 mins before the pickup time. We left a bag in the car and the driver is willing to bring it back. Thank you so much! I would recommend Sixt ride.

Immer pünktlich

Immer pünktlich, zuverlässig und mit Stil und dabei nicht wesentlich teurer als Taxi und Co.
Klar, Öffis sind günstiger, aber in München immer ein Risiko, wenn man in der Früh zum Flughafen muss.

James was great

James was great. He not only delivered me safely round-trip, but he gave me suggestions on places to eat in Belfast, and he offered to take some pictures of me when he picked me up. Very friendly and reliable.

Stress Free Service

We used the Sixt service for pick up at the Milan airport and again for pick up at Milan train station to Milan airport. Both times the drivers were early. They communicated via WhatsApp. The cars were airconditioned, clean, very well maintained. Both were fantastic drivers making my daughter and I feel very safe in a country we hadn't been in. If you want top notch service, book car service with Sixt!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Immer wieder im Vergleich zum Taxi ein toller Service zu vertretbaren Preisen. Die Autos sind super sauber und gepflegt, teilweise sogar Luxus-Limousinen, die Fahrer sind immer pünktlich und sehr angenehm. Und der Buchungsprozess via der SIXT App ist sehr simple. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Bad app, bug when driver cancel

I called taxi dispatch and they say driver canceled the rides, but on the app, however, it never tells me there won’t be a driver to pick me up. I wasted half an hour waiting for nothing. And finally, without boarding at all, app shows that I am on the car and heading to destination. I may even get charged for a ride who knows

Nutze seit 10 Jahren SIXT

Nutze seit 10 Jahren SIXT. Der Flughafentransfer ist immer bestens. Egal ob beim Abflug oder der Ankunft: Auf die Chauffeurs ist immer Verlass. Kein Stress oder sonstiges. Freundliche, pünktliche Fahrer, komfortable und saubere Fahrzeuge.

1 Woche vor Abflug ein Ride reserviert mit Kindersitz, weil allein mit 3 Jährigem unterwegs. Ride kam ohne Kindersitz. Fahrer meinte er würde einfach ohne Kindersitz fahren. Ich sagte ich mach das nicht und würde stornieren. War also im Zeitstress, musste erstmal in der Warteschleife das Ride stornieren und dann mit den Öffentlichen zum Flughafen. Frechheit

Super Fahrt mit angenehmem Fahrer zum guten Preis

Alles bestens, Fahrer kam auf die Minute pünktlich und hat eine schnelle, staufreie Strecke durch Berlin zum ICC gefunden. Unglaublich😉! Fahrer war darüber hinaus sehr freundlich, angenehm zurückhaltend, ohne auf Konversation ganz zu verzichten. War eine tolle Fahrt, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder nutzen.

Deceptive business practices and unfriendly service

They advertise a Mercedes everywhere and tell you that you'll get a more luxurious ride by booking with them a 'business' class ride. However, then they will send you instead a Tesla Model Y, which you could have gotten for one quarter of the price by just booking via Uber.

They advertise a luxury vehicle but instead you'll be sent the cheapest Tesla on the market, and when you cancel before the driver even arrives after seeing they assigned a Tesla and ask for a refund, they refuse.

We completely understand the disappointment of expecting one type of vehicle and being assigned another. To clarify: our Business class includes several comparable vehicles within the same category, and a Tesla Model Y may be assigned alongside a Mercedes, as both meet that standard.

très mauvaise expérience

J’ai réservé un taxi via Sixt pour ma mère, qui voyageait seule, depuis l’aéroport Charles-de-Gaulle jusqu’à mon domicile.

Selon les conditions de la réservation, le chauffeur devait l’attendre à son arrivée avec une pancarte portant son nom. Pourtant, il m’a appelé pour m’informer qu’il devait recharger son véhicule électrique dans le parking et qu’il ne pouvait donc pas attendre ma mère. Il lui demandait de descendre plusieurs étages dans le parking pour le rejoindre. Après que je lui ai rappelé les conditions du service réservé, il a finalement accepté de venir l’attendre comme prévu.

Cependant, un nouveau problème est survenu lorsque le chauffeur a vu que ma mère transportait deux cartons de taille normale au lieu de valises classiques. Il a immédiatement refusé la course, affirmant qu’il ne transportait pas de colis et qu’il « ne travaillait pas pour Colissimo ». Pourtant, ces cartons n’étaient ni volumineux ni lourds et entraient très facilement dans le coffre du véhicule.

Le chauffeur a ensuite multiplié les excuses, évoquant notamment des problèmes de santé pour justifier son refus. Nous lui avons pourtant précisé qu’il n’avait pas besoin de porter les cartons et que ma mère pouvait les charger elle-même. Malgré cela, il continuait à chercher des raisons pour ne pas effectuer la prestation.

Lorsqu’il a finalement indiqué vouloir contacter Sixt pour connaître la procédure, il nous a demandé d’attendre « seulement 5 minutes ». En réalité, il a laissé ma mère attendre plus de 40 minutes à l’aéroport, alors qu’elle venait d’effectuer un voyage de plus de 15 heures et était extrêmement fatiguée.

Après plusieurs appels de ma part au service client Sixt, un agent anglophone a confirmé que les cartons pouvaient être transportés dès lors qu’ils entraient dans le coffre, ce qui était bien le cas. Le chauffeur n’avait donc aucune raison valable de refuser la course. Il a finalement accepté la prestation, mais sans fournir l’assistance prévue dans la réservation.

Je tiens à remercier le service client Sixt, qui a finalement trouvé une solution et permis à ma mère de rentrer chez elle. En revanche, le comportement et le professionnalisme de ce chauffeur ont été catastrophiques.

Je ne recommande absolument pas ce chauffeur. Une expérience extrêmement décevante et stressante.

I booked a Sixt airport transfer for my mother, who was traveling alone, from Charles de Gaulle Airport to my home.

According to the booking conditions, the driver was supposed to meet her at arrivals holding a sign with her name. Instead, he called me and said that he needed to charge his electric vehicle in the parking garage and therefore could not wait for my mother at the arrivals area. He expected her to go down several levels into the parking garage to find him. After I reminded him of the service conditions that we had paid for, he finally agreed to meet her properly.

Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. When the driver saw that my mother had two normal-sized cardboard boxes instead of traditional suitcases, he immediately started refusing the ride. He claimed that he was “not working for a parcel delivery company” and would not transport boxes. The boxes were neither large nor heavy and fit very easily into the trunk.

The driver then kept looking for excuses, including claiming that he had health issues and could not help load the boxes. We clearly told him that no assistance was required and that my mother could place the boxes in the trunk herself. Even then, he continued trying to avoid the trip.

He said he needed to contact Sixt and asked us to wait “just 5 minutes.” In reality, he left my mother waiting at the airport for more than 40 minutes. She had just completed a 15-hour journey and was already extremely tired.

After several calls with Sixt customer service, an English-speaking agent confirmed that the boxes were perfectly acceptable as long as they fit in the trunk, which they did without any issue. The driver therefore had no valid reason to refuse the ride. He eventually accepted the transfer but still failed to provide the assistance and service included in the booking.

I would like to thank Sixt customer service for finding a solution and helping resolve the situation. However, the driver's behavior, attitude, and lack of professionalism were completely unacceptable.

This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this driver under any circumstances. 0/5.

Ein absolut tadelloser Ablauf

Die Buchung war unkompliziert.
Der Fahrer kam pünktlich am Abholort an und die Kommunikation war problemlos. Das Fahrzeug war sehr gepflegt und der Fahrer hatte ein tadelloses Auftreten. Ebenfallwaren die Gespräche sehr angenehm. Eine tolle Dienstleistung im gesamten.
