Great service!
Hired this amazing service to and and fro,from the airport in bracelona to our W Barcelona hotel and both times we were very impressed. Absolutely respectful polite stuff. Arrived on time! Clean cars too.

Nice car, polite stuff
The driver was very polite. The car was extraordinary and we had a very pleasant ride. Only the pickup was not what we expected. Fair enough: Our plane was delayed but we gave you our flight no so you were able to get aware of when and where we will arrive. We had to contact the driver by phone because he was at the wrong terminal. I wished he had managed the delay on his own so we don‘t had to wait or ask where he was. Nevertheless we will do another booking in the future because of the luxury experience in the car.

Pünktlich und zuverlässig
Ich habe nach bereits sehr guter Erfahrung in der Vergangenheit erneut einen Transport zum Flughafen München gebucht. Wie zuletzt auch kann ich nur Gutes berichten. Der ausgesprochen höfliche Fahrer war mit einem guten zeitlichen Puffer mehr als pünktlich zur Abholung erschienen. Das Fahrzeug war geräumig und sauber, der Fahrstil des Fahrers vermittelte Sicherheit und Ruhe. Abgeliefert wurden wir praktischerweise direkt am Terminal bzw. Gate. Preislich lag das Ganze zudem spürbar unterhalb der üblichen Taxikosten.
Zusammenfassend kann ich also festhalten, dass ich, insbesondere mit etwas mehr Gepäck, jederzeit wieder mit SIXT ride fahren werde.

Unfassbar: Familie mit Kleinkind trotz Zusage auf offener Straße ausgesetzt!
Ich bin absolut fassungslos über diesen "Service". Der Fahrer kam bereits zu spät am Flughafen an – ohne Schild, ohne uns zu suchen. Ich musste ihn selbst anrufen. Er hat wertvolle Zeit verschwendet, bevor die Fahrt überhaupt losging.
Im Auto gab es dann eine Abstimmung wegen einer geringfügigen Adressänderung. Wir haben sofort zugestimmt, alle Mehrkosten zu tragen. Der Vorgesetzte des Fahrers gab am Telefon die ausdrückliche Anweisung, uns zu unserem Hotel zu fahren. Doch der Fahrer hat diese Anweisung einfach ignoriert!
Er fuhr uns absichtlich zur falschen Adresse, ließ uns dort aussteigen und telefonierte dann weitere 15 Minuten mit einem anderen Manager, anstatt uns einfach zum Ziel zu bringen. In dieser Zeit hätten wir längst am Hotel sein können.
Am Ende wurden wir mit unserem 2-jährigen Kind mitten in London auf der Straße stehen gelassen, nur damit der Fahrer pünktlich zu seinem nächsten Kunden kommt, um dort eine gute Bewertung zu erhalten. Unsere Sicherheit war ihm völlig egal.
Das ist kein Premium-Service, das ist eine Gefahr für Reisende mit Kindern.

vielen Dank für Ihr ehrliches Feedback – auch wenn uns Ihr Erlebnis wirklich betroffen macht. Was Sie und Ihre Familie durchgemacht haben, tut uns sehr leid. Der Fahrer erschien zu spät zur Abholung – das ist ein klarer Fehler, der nicht hätte passieren dürfen und der letztlich dazu geführt hat, dass die Fahrt nicht wie gewünscht abgeschlossen werden konnte. Wir haben den Vorfall intern geprüft und entsprechende Maßnahmen eingeleitet. Solches Verhalten hat bei uns keine Toleranz – insbesondere wenn Familien mit kleinen Kindern auf uns zählen. Für diese Unpünktlichkeit und die daraus entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen wir uns aufrichtig.

Excellent Ride Service
Having happily rented cars from SIXT in the US, I was delighted that they offer a ride service. Our cruise concierge booked a ride for us to our hotel in Paris, and I used my app to book a ride to the airport. I was very happy with both.
My only suggestion is that they add an option for 2 passengers and 4 pieces of luggage. Our airport driver was surprised that we were only 2 as we had to book 6 passengers and 4 pieces of luggage. The cruise line probably booked the 3 passengers, 2 pieces of luggage and we just fit. We didn’t want to take a chance on our airport ride.
Both drivers were professional, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this service.
