I don't know if it was the car or the driver, but it smelled like farts in the car. It was disgusting. Also he made several driving mistakes which pissed of more than one fellow driver. VERY unprofessional.

Terrible experience and that was just on the phone. Never did get to the booking a ride with them. This was going to be my first trip with this service and I had some general questions about the company, its drivers etc... The agent didn't seem to understand what I was asking. I wanted to know if the drivers were bonded, things like that and he just kept saying that they would call when they were on the way. He just kept telling me he would book my trip.

If I could give less stars, then I would. This is the most unreliable cab service I have ever seen or used. You can set up a trip one month in advance for a certain time, and when that date and time arrives, you might be still waiting for hours. It is insane that they are still in business. You can be more certain to get there on time if you booked public transportation across town.

Unfortunately, no 0 reviews available. ZTrip is a taxi service, not a ride service like Uber. You don't get a price to start. I have arthritis, and it cost me $5.17 just to get in the Car. Going home from an area where Uber has never charged me more than $35, ZTrip's total was $83! The driver didn't take the straitest route. 1st ZTrip was my last.

Booking a ride on Ztrip a day earlier does not guarantee you a ride. This cab service is completely unreliable. Best to walk, take a bus, or ask a friend or you'll have to repeatedly cancel appointments.

If i could give them negative stars I would. Took a ztrip from Pittsburgh to morgantown. Total with tip was 300, but the driver ran my card a total of 5 times. Telling me the first four didn't go through. Until he tried it a "diffrent way", which worked. Next day my account has 5 charges for 300 dollars. Apparently he was using his "square" account to run the first 4, which later went through. Trying to speak to someone who can help resolve the issue or at least help me identify the driver is proving to be near impossible, even though I have the cab # and exact times of pickup and drop off. No one at customer service or administration answer calls or return messages.

I'm driving, a car approaches from behind me as I'm moving over into the right lane. The elderly woman driving the ZTrip car, license NE YUM230, CAR # 611, White Chevy Equinox. Friday, June 5 26 at apx 11:30am.The elderly woman's ego exploding in anger begins yelling at me because she didn't appreciate me driving or for some reason. She appeared unhinged and very angry. Not so sure she should be on the road with sane people with her state of mind.

Avoid at all cost. And I really mean cost. Any ride will be cheaper - Uber, Lyft, private car.... ZTrip charges flat rate and it is always $20 more than any other ride.

The ride started off good. He came within a good length of time. We didn’t have to wait that long but when we got into the car, he didn’t help with the luggage and then when we get inside the car, he asked me what’s the address I told him over and over the address he keep trying to put it in. He said his GPS wouldn’t pick it up. He asked me how to get to my house then he told me that he had to stop by ATM and get him cash because his card machine isn’t working. I’m getting picked up from the airport. I don’t wanna have to stop by ATM, ready to go to my destination and rest and then his car was dirty. Was not cleaned out and had a Oder and a cracked window and he was on the phone texting while he was driving and he was also watching videos on his phone while driving and still asking me directions how to get to my home and the only reason I read them two is because of the dispatch making sure I got a ride and how was my experience that’s the only reason I gave them a 2

OMG I just checked the bbb.org You have to see this. Ztrip responds to those complaints. They are complaints on better business bureau reviews and complaints They BLAME the reviewer AND they accuse the other services of posting bad reviews on their site. They are however not denying the good reviews maybe 2 or 3 ratings are above 3 stars.They dispute trip numbers and claim some have never used them. Snide remarks when responding as well. Interesting that all the bad reviews are not true but they gladly accept praise. Other reviewsites they are a 2 or 3 star rate. I have used them . There was one night I waited went to sleep and they still weren't here at 63p am
Called, they still didn't have a driver. .Was left at a friend's overnight because drivers don't work after 5pm.
When confronted about their 24 hr status when there were no drivers, I was told since dispatch was open 24 hrs they can legally claim that. No way to get a hold of corporate. No one that works there has that number.
It's ridiculous and DISCLAIMER the date above is not the correct date. I can't remember the exact date but I certainly remember the trips that didn't come.

We arranged for an airport pickup from our hotel in Albuquerque at 4:15 am. Arranged the day before. They did not show up.

Legit the worse service. You have to schedule days in advance. You reconfirm the night before. (All expected)
On their side: They dont give an estimated arrival, are always 20+ late or often times dont even show. It usually takes multiple calls to customer service to even get help. So unprofessional.
My driver stuffed his face and slurped his drinks while driving me and then belched his onion breath in the car multiple times. It was absolutely digusting.

El Hadji Saidou, driver with identification number 8130, provided exceptional transportation services to the hospital for medical testing. Throughout the entire journey, the driver demonstrated remarkable professionalism and communication, maintaining consistent contact before pickup and during the hospital visit. The transportation experience was enhanced by engaging and pleasant conversation. Driver El Hadji Saidou's performance merits the highest commendation.

I worked for Z trip since December, there rates went up to $100 a day for renting a car, they give you no time pay, no off days. I got in a wreck and it's wasn't my fault. Didn't even wait for the Police report, fired me instantly. They don't serve there customers right because they don't keep time... Unorganized business
Quantity over quality over there foreal

I called them today for a ride home after two hours I was so upset. I called 4 or 5 times I keep being told 22 minutes so the last time the could not ever find the driver. He would not answer his phone nothing. I am still up set over this and to treated this way is so wrong. The second driver was kind and caring and very helpful. He was great. I am not done with this

If you want to figure out on how to get to the airport at 3:45 am, I suggest to book with Z trip. I contacted them three times prior to the departure date and was assured the driver would be there on time. The morning of the flight all I could get on the phone was the automated answering service telling me the driver wasn’t assigned, but they knew I was waiting and they would send a driver when they found one - Z trip never again.

Today in Virginia Beach around 11 am vehicle 608, a Chevy equinox, driver was such an … don’t want to say, so I guess this company hires people without any skills or with some kind of good principles???.. what a shame.

The driver I was assigned named Melinda was super kind and accurate. She got me to my destination on time and was an absolute joy ^_^ I highly recommend this driver and can't wait to see her again! ^_^

Well Ryan K. a driver is super high on Adderall and drives a taxi cab for ztrip!?! Next he pawned his work tablet off pretending that I stole it!?! No thanks maybe you guys she drug test daily for the safety of other people/customers. Thank you

They are ALWAYS late they never apologize just a "be happy that I'm here type of attitude" just pathetic
