Same hapened to me,after orderring on november 2022 still not received yet and is aprill 2023,same excuse as others wrote ,wrong adrress delivery and that will be shipped again,only excuses but seems that is a scam,no money back,DO NOT ORDER ANNYTHING FROM THEM…How can we get our money refund?

Dont order from this company,I order 2 product from this company since October of 2022,this is suppose tobe a christmas gifts for my grandkids,but i havent receive anything,i been contacting this company,i was told it was delivered,but they deliver it to 2 different address not in California but sent it to Virgin Island.
I was told they will contact the logistic to resend my order and refused to refund my money.
this company is scammer.
Please do not order from this company they will ripped you off.

Please don't order anything from them as they are real scammers. They don't have anything to sell.

Do not order from this company, they are a bunch of scamers. I ordered my product in October 2022 and have never received it and they refuse to refund me. I just keep getting the run around that its on its way. First, supposedly they delivered to the wrong address. Then got that straightened out. Then supposedly they had to get the logistic company to ship a new one out. It is now April 2023 and still no package and supposedly they reshiped a new one in December 2022.

SCAMMERS !!!!!!!! Took my money and only get excuses as to why order not filled, Bogus tracking number provided.

Bought goods back in November 22. Now here we are 6 months later and no goods. I have 27 emails now between us. Excuses after Excuses. I gave now insisted I have my money back and no contact. Nor my money. Do not use these are scammers.

Company will lie to you and say it’s in the mail. I ordered in August 2022 and they say item must of got lost or already sent. I have so many emails with a different story each time. Definitely SCAMMERS so please be careful.

Looks like everyone that orders from this company never gets their merchandise. Mine was ordered back in November 2022 and still have not received my order. They keep giving us the same run around that tracking number will be sent to us in a few days. It's all a LIE! Looks like from all of these reviews, I'm not the only one that has been ROBBED!! I tell them to refund my money (which they have not) and probably never will. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Ordered four suitcases in November. To date still not arrived. I have contacted them several times for a refund still not received anything from them. £150 down!!

Maybe if they delivered products that have been paid for.

Placed order in October and still have not received. Said it was shipped to a different address in a different state. When they had my correct. Keep saying be patient. Liars and a scam. Never Never use this company!!!!

Discraceful still waiting for my money back. Ordered a parcel in October and chased numerous times. It was an advent calendar; they keep saying it’s on its way but don’t send the tracking number.
Do not use them they are con artists. Will not even refund me and it’s been 6 months and nothing arrived. I have countless Elamite chasing saying I want my money back.

Definitely a Scam. I purchased a Welder for US$37.99 on the 6th November 2022. To date no product has arrived. I have sent numerous emails and have tried to call the Contact Number with no reply and no answer.

I ordered 2 pans in November. The first shipment went o another customer. 5 months later same thing again. Almost April and no products delivered. Big scam company. Buy nothing from them.

I wish I could give zero stars.I made the mistake of ordering off them back in October of 2022 and it's now march 2023,never received anything.apparently my item was delivered to a total different county despite the fact they had my full address.ive been emailing them for months now and they keep telling me they have resent it.they won't give a refund. Zero rating! I ordered two advent calendars on November 16 2022. It is now March 24, 2023 and I have not received anything. I have requested refunds and have been denied. I have asked for them just to send out the packages and their tracking says they sent them to Hawaii which is ridiculous because my order had my address. This company is fraudulent. Do not buy anything from them. They have stolen my money and refuse to correct the situation. Worst experience ever.
