Scammers!!!
My dad purchased insurance for his car, he forgot he had a no fault accident 4 years previously. Paid in full for the insurance. Received an email the next day stating he had to pay an extra £260 for the no fault accident. Called them up and got the insurance cancelled as the advisor even agreed it was a con. Still waiting for his refund a week later!!!!!

We’re sorry to hear about the frustration caused by this experience and the delay in receiving the refund.
All claims, including non-fault accidents, can impact the price offered for a policy, which is why the premium may change when additional information is provided. However, in circumstances such as this, we can cancel the policy without applying the usual arrangement fee.
With regards to the refund, we’re unable to issue this until the payment has been fully processed. If you have been waiting for more than 10 days, please send us your policy details to us at social@zenithinsurance-bisl.co.uk and we’ll be happy to chase this up for you.

Shocking company after going through…
Shocking company after going through the comparison websites for car insurance I think this is a good offer, so I check their review and they look great but I always dig deeper so I seach keyword 'claims' that's when the true colours if this company come out I'm glad I did because they seem to be scamming people out of paying for accident claims

Beware of Zenith fees if you sell your car
Easy to use website. Didn't have to claim so not sure on its performance there. However I sold my car during the year (and didn't replace it) but got little refund bc they charge £60 cancellation fee and a further £45 ISF (whatever that is). So they've cost me £105 just for selling my car!
