Stop!! before you get a contract with plan!!
As a business owner they have cost me time, money and customers. Their loyalty to long term customers is nonexistent and they take no accountability in any short falls they are responsible for.
Take it from someone who has learnt the hard way.

We’re very sorry to read this and completely understand your frustration, particularly where a loss of service has impacted your business.
Having reviewed the history on your account, we can see that you contacted us shortly after your renewal when your data service stopped working. Our Customer Service team investigated this with the network and emailed you with instructions on how to carry out a network reset as an initial troubleshooting step.
When the issue continued, we contacted the network again and this identified network-level problems affecting the services, including commands that needed resetting on one line and a separate issue requiring intervention from the network’s technical team on another.
We do recognise, however, that we should have done more at the outset to take ownership of the issue and support you through it. Our initial response could have been much more helpful and reassuring, and we’re sorry that this added to an already frustrating situation.
We certainly don’t take the loyalty of long-standing customers for granted, nor do we want any customer to feel that concerns affecting their business are not being taken seriously.
