Great Experience

I am writing to take a moment to commend the excellent standard of customer service I have experienced with Your Mobile.

While I have consistently found your team to be helpful and efficient, I felt particularly compelled to write in recognition of one member of staff who truly stood out – Caitlin Semple.

From the very beginning of our conversation, Caitlin demonstrated a level of professionalism, warmth and genuine care that immediately put me at ease. It was clear that I was in capable hands, and that she would do everything possible to assist me. She approached my enquiry with patience, clarity and a positive attitude throughout, and went above and beyond to help.

Although we were ultimately unable to secure the deal I had hoped for, through no fault of her own, the outcome felt secondary to the experience she provided. Caitlin’s manner and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression on me.

I find it really rare these days to encounter service of this calibre and it speaks volumes about both Caitlin as an individual (Top Lady and a lovely human being!) and the standards upheld by your organisation. Thanks to Caitlin, I would not hesitate to consider doing business with your mobile in the future.

Please pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to Caitlin, she is a true credit to your team and I hope her efforts are recognised.

poor signal and service

very bad service the customer are friendly when they want you to sign up after when received your new sim card first 2 weeks signal and network seems very good after cooling period your headache will start from poor service signal and you can see full bars but signal no good at all
Stay away from this company they are scammers that’s the reason they make you sign 3 years contract because they know that their service is bad

We do take comments like this seriously, but we do need to correct a few points raised in your review. The signal in your area is not poor and is performing as expected. The issue you experienced was due to a temporary network fault, which required a reset by the network provider.

We can see that this has since been resolved, and we’ve also confirmed with you directly that your service is now working as it should be.

We appreciate that the timing of the issue was frustrating, especially after your initial experience was positive. However, this was not related to the quality of the service itself, and certainly not reflective of an ongoing problem.

If you do experience any further issues, please contact us directly and we’ll ensure it’s looked into and resolved as quickly as possible.

I have had an extremely poor experience…

I have had an extremely poor experience with YourMobile.com (Chase Direct Ltd).

The company agreed to pay my Vodafone termination fee as part of the contract but failed to do so. Despite multiple assurances over a long period, including confirmations that payment would be made, this was never honoured.

In addition, I was repeatedly charged amounts exceeding the agreed contract price, including additional charges that were not properly explained or agreed.

As a direct result, I suffered financial loss and damage to my credit file, which has had a lasting impact.

I made numerous attempts to resolve this matter over more than two years, including formal complaints and a Letter Before Action, all of which were ignored or not properly addressed.

Due to the lack of resolution, I have now been forced to take legal action.

I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company.

We’re sorry to read that you feel this way and would like to provide some clarification.

Regarding the termination fee, as outlined in our terms and conditions, requests must be submitted within a set timeframe following connection. Your service began in May 2023; however, we did not receive the required documentation until approximately 16 months later, which is significantly outside of the eligible claim period.

Despite this, we made efforts to progress the payment as a gesture of goodwill. However, as previously explained, any buyout is also conditional upon the account being maintained in line with the agreed terms. Where this requirement is not met, our systems are unable to release the payment. You were advised that once the account is brought up to date and remains in line with the agreed terms for a continuous period, the buyout can be reconsidered.

In relation to the additional charges referenced, these have not been due to any changes to your agreed tariff. All such charges are applied by the billing provider, plan.com, in accordance with the billing agreement and account activity. We understand you have raised this directly with plan.com, who are handling this aspect and will be best placed to provide a detailed breakdown.

We also note your comments regarding communication. Our records show that we have responded to your queries and outlined the steps required to progress the matter.

We remain happy to continue working with you directly to resolve any outstanding concerns.

The reason I’m giving a 4 star is because I felt my monthly payments was far too high the initial signup was misleading.

However the customer service was 10/10 Hailey was fantastic, very informative even after my rant about the company, she has now negotiated a lower monthly agreement. She’s an absolute credit to the company as i was more than ready to leave.

Not a very straightforward switch

Not a very straightforward switch, and no immediate access to the plan portal .. didn’t explain fully that not from 02 but actually a partner, so misleading and now stuck with them
