We’re sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration with the delay.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to generate or provide a PAC code ourselves, as this can only be issued directly by the network. We can see that our team transferred you through to the network so they could assist, but unfortunately there were issues with their queue and waiting times.
While those waiting times are outside of our control, we can only apologise on the network’s behalf for the delay and inconvenience this caused. We certainly appreciate how frustrating this would have been when you were trying to deal with your cancellation promptly.

Service update
There was a full discussion about upgrades and benefits. I, personally, am quite happy with the handset and connection I already have and there was no pressure to disuade me keeping the status quo.
The good news that my tarrif has been reduced with no loss of service. Delighted!!!
