Avoid this company especially Sam bridge

Yet again I'm still waiting for a refund I've spoke to Sam bridge (manager of complaints ) and he has promised me my refund is been sent to the back office so many times. im now seeking legal advice & my family has stopped ordering from this company my advice to anyone don't order from this company.

Quick and easy

Review period was straight forward and pretty quick. Order arrived in time and safely packaged. I can't fully comment yet as I am awaiting 2 more items to be delivered so when they are due I hope they also arrive in time.

Avoid !

Another mistake made by Yourmedicals. My pen broke ( still have fluid init ) told them got told I get another . That was 6 months ago , contacted them only to go back on there word !!!!! I send emails only to get no reply, THIS COMPANY ARE NOT GOOD PLEASE STAY AWAY
Told them that if I get my pen I would tell the people om here of the positive outcome . They wasn’t interested what so ever !

They take your money and thats it .

AVOID !

Had to wait over 2 weeks for my order…

Had to wait over 2 weeks for my order without no updates and then when I phoned I was on hold for quite a long time to be told you were waiting on delivery which you should have informed me. I was skso told i woukd have my order within 24/48 hrs which again i didnt receive

Been using yourmedicals for a while now nice fast delivery, had an issue with last medication it was lost with Royal Mail spoken to the customer service team and they sent a new order out right away

Worst company I have ever interacted…

Worst company I have ever interacted with by a mile.
Ordered in April, chased multiple times and outlined id be filing a chargeback. Received no response or updates so I filed the chargeback in June. Unfortunately I had received an email the day before that went to junk. Refund came after the chargeback. I reached out to see if this was a one off and I had just slipped through the cracks, in which case I would reorder. Once again met with radio silence, the customer service is just atrocious. Even when they are good, you are waiting minimum of 4 weeks.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would!

I placed an order in March and changed my mind. The order value was £178 (1 product) they took the payment before pharmacist approval.

I contacted them to cancel the order before it was approved by the pharmacist having changed my mind. After me having to chase and chase they finally cancelled the order but did not refund me.

Again I have chased for weeks and still no refund and now no response to my emails.

They fobbed me off at first saying the payment system wasn’t working and so they needed my bank details which I sent. They have still not refunded and it’s been 3 months. I have tried on a number of occasions to raise formal complaint - all of which they have ignored.

I have now raised this through my credit card and also reported to the General Pharmaceutical council.

**** update **** still no refund received from them as of 13th July - it’s now over 4 months.

Really poor service

Really poor service. Placed order on May 21st. Had to call up 3 times before it was even seen by a clinician. On each call I was told by a customer service agent that it would expedited within 24-48 hrs. Ended up getting authorised 3 weeks later after I threatened to cancel the order and place it with a competitor.

2 stars earned because once the order was authorised, it was sent and delivered within 18hrs. Ice pack was not very cold though. I have used YM previously but after this service debacle I will not be darkening their door again. They are also not nearly the best value for money.

So after 4 weeks of waiting for my medication I ended up doing a charge back with my bank I had enough of waiting & waiting and being told you will get it when stock arrives…this is what they tell you lie after lie …then they tell you how very sorry they are …I BEG EVERYONE PLEASE do not order from this company its a scam !! Im convinced they pay people to lie about reviews !! I got a phone call today telling me they had my medicine and they could send it out to me ..isn’t that coincidental seen as I put a charge back on my bank for not receiving the product I paid for 4 weeks ago !! You’re a disgrace of a company…I ordered from another company yesterday and it arrived today !! Imagine that ..and don’t dare lie to people and say you refunded me you didn’t I refunded myself
