Absolutely dreadful experience

Absolutely dreadful experience. pen broke after 1 use and was told to contact manufacturer. Which doesn’t meet the uk law it’s the responsibility of the selling company to deal with replacement or refunded. I sent endless emails with generic replies, was promised call backs that didn’t happen. I would never use this company again! And nor will my family As for delivery time absolute ridiculous.
I have been on this journey for over 10 months and have never been treated so poorly. It had been a rather stressful experience and costly as I only got 1 week out of a 4 week pen. My emails are now not being answered!

Easy straight forward assessment

Easy straight forward assessment, delivery was a bit delayed with ice packs completely melted but pen was still cold . Happy with purchase and would recommend and will be using there services again.

The staff...

The staff are always on a call if you need to ask questions or clarify your order. The delivery is quick and packaged very well.

Terrible communication

Terrible company. They’re happy to email promotions that are too good to be true then when you’ve placed an order you’re told it’s 10-12 days before despatched! They get in over their heads to make the extra pound.

On request of cancellation they claim it needs forwarded to the appropriate team as a request - and once that is done they will email u and there is a wait until the money is then refunded back to your bank which takes a while as anyone knows.

I have emailed multiple times for my refund and it’s been 8 days and nothing. No word, no update, no interaction.

I don’t even know why the money was cleared from my pending when I requested a cancellation almost immediately after ordering and they still took the money days after this.

Not only that, they’re still emailing me about my account and uploading - when apparently my cancellation request was sent EIGHT days ago marked as urgent. Someone isn’t doing their job.

There’s also no live chat when they claim on their website to use that to reach out.

Your medicals please refund me NOW!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
If i had read reviews before ordering i would never of ordered with them
They take your money and the send an email asking for a full length photo of yourself proof of ID,previous perscription and a video of yourself.After 4 attempts of trying to upload the video I stopped.
Any reputable company would require all that information before any money was taken to see if you qualify for treatment.
I asked for a refund out of 6 phone calls only hot through twice where I was promised I would be a priority for my refund.
Sent 8 emails had 2 replies the others were asking for my documentation.
When it was nearly 3 weeks I called my bank explained the situation they raised a complaint and the bank were able to refund my money within 24hours.
I took advice from Martin Lewis website so glad I did as I would still be waiting for my refund.

Took 4 weeks to get my order

Took 4 weeks to get my order, had to delay a week as I was on holiday but this was 2 weeks in to the process. Customers service phone lines down for a whole day and lots of unfulfilled promises. Don’t use

Terrible communication had my money for…

Terrible communication had my money for 1 month and order still not dispatched. Have made numerous calls , emails and logged complaint to no avail . On calls I am assured it is being marked as urgent but nothing changes. Would strongly advise to avoid this company I will be raising a charge back with my bank and escalating my complaint externally .

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered on the 21st of April to not receive the pen after emailing multiple times to no avail. Decided to request a refund so I can progress to a further company who promise better quality service. After finally getting a hold of someone who advised me my order was waiting in the place to be shipped out but for reason they couldn’t just send it out which was over 2 weeks later, After agreeing a refund on the 5th of May, I had to send 10 emails before receiving even a sliver of a response and an attempted phone call 5 minutes before they closed to which I missed the call meaning I could not phone them back at that time since they closed. After ringing back the next day the refund was agreed on the 5th of May. It is now the 18th of June and I have still not received my refund. I have emailed them to just continue to be told that it is being escalated. There must be 10000+ refunds waiting considering I haven’t gotten mine yet. I have now contacted legal representation and have contacted the FCA for further support on the matter. The lack of urgency and considering at this point I would class my lack of refund stealing as they are now keeping my money from me. Their service is absolutely poor and ridiculous! AVOID
