Serive and communication was excellent but delivery is slow

The store has always got what I need & delivery is with Royal Mail which is perfect because if it was the completely useless EVRi it would either take weeks to arrive or as what’s happened before, they’ll mark as delivered but the package isn’t here.
So please keep using Royal Mail. Perfect.
(Not sure when it arrived tho)…

Great service and excellent job by all from start to finish

I am extremely disappointed with this company.
I cancelled my order (#85582) on 14 October 2025, and I am still waiting for my £120 refund.
On 28 March 2026, they confirmed in writing that the refund would be processed within the first 7 working days of April. Today is May 2026, and nothing has been refunded.
I have been emailing and calling them daily. Each time I receive the same generic response:
“Your case has been passed on” or “You are in the queue”.
No dates. No accountability. No payment.
This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
At this point, I consider this behaviour misleading and potentially fraudulent.
I am now escalating this via chargeback and formal complaints.
Avoid this company !!!

The company has responded publicly with a generic message asking me to contact them.
I have been contacting them DAILY for months via email and phone.
They keep sending automated replies and even promotional discount emails instead of refunding my money.
This confirms they are not seriously handling refunds. I still have not received my £120.

Delivered in the time frame I have come to expect. Service is good & professional as my order was adjusted to meet NHS guidelines & this was communicated. A small refund was then due I have given 4 stars as the refund was a bit slow but Sam sorted it promptly when I called.

Paid in full, never delivered, cancelled by company — no refund months later
I paid in full for Mounjaro (Order #84128) in August 2025 after it was advertised as available. The order was never delivered.
Over the following months, I repeatedly contacted YourMedicals for updates. Instead of fulfilling the order, I was asked to either pay an additional amount due to a “price difference,” cancel the order, or switch to a different medication (Wegovy). I did not agree to any of these options and clearly stated that I wanted the original item supplied at the agreed price.
I did not cancel the order. YourMedicals cancelled it unilaterally after a prolonged delay.
Despite this, I have still not received a refund, even after several months. I have already provided the requested details, but the matter remains unresolved.
This experience has involved significant delays, poor communication, and no resolution despite full payment being taken.
