I cancelled my order the same day I placed it. It has been 11 days now I have called twice and emailed multiple times I have different people saying I’m in a queue to get my refund! When will I get this or should I contact my bank for a charge recall! Disgusting company

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with!!
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with!!! The took my money over a month ago AND still not issued me my refund after I’ve decided to cancel my order due to shockingly long processing time and horrible service! I’m convinced this company is a scam! Avoid
I’d like to add that I’ve phoned and emailed them about this issue at least 10
Times now and each time I was promised max 2 days turnaround…. Absolutely disgraceful

Haven’t recieved my order
Haven’t recieved my order, first order took 24 day to turn up, this time it’s claimed to be dispatched 12 days ago and even with contacting them I’ve had no answer to where my order is,when I will recieve my order or anything. With the price you pay you’d expect good service but has terrible customer service, shown no care at all

Exceptionally poor service
Exceptionally poor service. Cancelled an order, over a month later it was delivered! They made no attempt to pick it up, I had to send back recorded delivery. After 9 days they could not confirm it was received despite being signed for. The people you speak to are from a call centre who just email my complaint to someone else. Impossible to get any action! Still waiting for my refund requested 8 weeks ago. Ability terrible service do not use them!
DESPITE your bot response I still have no refund. I note in another review site that multi people have had to raise complaints with their bank for charge back as you failed to provide the refund. This is my next step
