On the 17th April I paid this company for my next dose of Wegovy. I had a week left before my increased dose was due and decided to save some money and go with them. We are now 3 weeks on and I have just received notification from them that they are reviewing my documents to see if I am eligible!!!! It means that the original dose is now out of my system and it would be dangerous to use the increased dose even If It Was Ever Going To Be Delivered which I VERY MUCH DOUBT. Avoid!!!!!

I would not recommend this agency based on my experience. From the start, there was minimal training, faulty equipment, and poor working conditions, including not enough space or seating, meaning we often had to work from the floor which caused physical strain.

Basic resources were unreliable or unavailable — including broken printers, limited computers, and no working phone in reception. We were also given incorrect information and bookings, which caused clinics to overrun and staff to work late (sometimes until 10pm) without pay. Lunch breaks were rarely possible due to constant workload.

Management support was poor. Concerns about workload, equipment, and workplace behaviour were raised multiple times but not addressed. There were also instances of unprofessional and inappropriate conduct from senior staff, including being spoken to disrespectfully in front of others and patients.

Despite being undertrained, I was expected to train new staff members. After weeks of being called incompetent, I trained a new starter and was then dismissed without notice once he was able to do the job. I was also sent an email stating that the new staff member had been dismissed as well, which is untrue as he is still working there and is currently sat at reception.

We were badically given nothing to make this work and then scrutinised repeatedly for it.

Overall, this has been one of the most inhumane and poorly managed agencies I have worked for. The lack of support, organisation, and basic working conditions made it extremely difficult to do the job effectively.

I placed an order with your medical
I wanted to cancel due to the delay...Then they asked me over and over again why I want to cancel and I said because of the delay.
It says on their website ordered to improve by medical council.

They said okay wait 24 hours for refund to get you off the phone but they never do.

I will be raising a dispute with the bank,

Hi I have been using since October 2024 every single day I consume 3 times a day till now on 24 Jan 2025 but till now I loss only 2 - 3 kg, it does not work for me, I use oral teblet order no 104024,

I but tablet only to reduce weight but it does not work properly for me to reduce weight, I spend more than 100 pounds in 3 and half months but all looks waste of money .
