The website was quick and easy to use. Even though I made my order over the weekend it was processed right away . The best thing about my order with Your Medicals was the price. It was the cheapest online and cheaper than my local pharmacy.

Offers Everyday BUT NO REFUNDS!@
Everyday I get money off offers from them but they cannot seem to actually refund me for the failed cold chain delivery months ago. Lots of promises to refund but no actual refund. Disgraceful from an online Pharmacy! Where is the accountability of those in charge?
There seems to be a blockage at their "refund processing dept".
If this were a retail pharmacy it should be closed down due to lack of accountability of those in charge.

My order has been waiting to be shipped I messaged them and they responded by telling me That they had no stock and I would have to wait I am already waiting over 12 days …extremely disappointed as they were quick to take my money I will not be a returning customer after this experience

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company.
I requested a refund on 21 May after struggling with their system while trying to submit the required evidence. The process was very difficult and inaccessible, especially when parts of the system were not working properly.
Despite multiple follow-ups and being told the relevant team had been notified, I still have not received my refund or any clear timeframe for when this will be resolved.
The lack of communication and ongoing delays have caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Abysmal service, broken promises, and unsafe delays for patient medication.
Avoid this company at all costs. This is my third order with YourMedicals, and the service has completely deteriorated. They do not care about patient well-being, and their communication is a total shambles.
Financial bait-and-switch: On my first order, a sudden price increase wiped out the entire value of my £50 introductory discount code, forcing me to pay extra just to get my medication.
Severe operational delays: They advertise a 10-working-day turnaround for the entire process. I placed my latest order on 6 May. It took 9 days just to get clinical approval (15 May). It has now been 22 calendar days (and 9 working days since approval) and my life-altering medication is STILL sitting in their warehouse undispatched.
Appalling communication: You have to chase them constantly just to get basic updates. Yesterday, I was told one thing on the phone and sent a completely contradictory email later. The summary email I explicitly requested was never even sent.
Their poor 3.5-star rating and influx of 1-star reviews are completely justified. I have formally escalated this, demanded a manager callback, and if this is not resolved today, I will be reporting them to the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) for unsafe handling of patient medication timelines, alongside taking action under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Utterly unprofessional. Avoid.
