Xctee 

Ordered 4 items which were not cheap. On arrival they looked cheap quality like dolls hair, plus didnt look like pics they promote with the wigs! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
I have emailed 10 times re where to return them for a refund and no-one replies.
I will report to my bank.

I have received the topper and it looks nothing like the picture , the topper looks like doll hair and a total different colour, it looks horrible , and they dont anwer when I write and asks for my money back..

I would not advise ordering from Xctee hair toppers. I received completely the wrong colour and size. When I messaged about 10 times, nobody has contacted me.

Update. I called my bank and filed a dispute against xctee. I was refunded my money. I suggest everyone do the same. This company needs to be shut down. Or a class action should be filed!

Scam, can't get a refund. They don't respond to queries. I ordered a topper with silk base but instead it's a net. The topper is pulling out the few hair I have left. It is not human hair neither. The topper is too dense. Nothing like advert.

I have placed an order od February 11 and till now did't eceived it ,and no response from service . the order nuber even doesnt exists in delivery post .
and the worst issue is that I tried to block the XCTEE in my digital feeds , but their advertisemnt still open on feed , that means that they still contiue their commercial activity and more and more people Getting caught up in their net. their activity should be stopped !

Ordered hair topper revived a wig poor quality wrong colour and strong chemical smell they are scammers do not buy from these cowboys they preying on women who really need help and don’t have the money to pay for expensive hair shocking that they still selling crap and taking your money I was very upset but hopefully reviews will give other ladies the heads up

their product is not human hair. It is Synthetic they mislead people their hair is not human hair it is Synthetic and it is a cheap material I am going to file a dispute with them please don't lose your money with this company I order the same as video they show in instagram, I got worte of 5 dollar product in blonde horrible looking and I have paid 68 swiss franc including post

On 23 of december 2023 I ordered a wig. I payed 46.04 euro. I received a wig with a wrong color and it looks not natural at all. I send them several mails, but they never answered! So do not order at XCTEE!!! The're are scammers!!! And it seems I'm not the only one.

This company is a AWFUL, even it even is a company! I have emailed them 3 times. No response! I am contacting my credit card company!

Scam!! Ordered wig like in the advertisement and arrived completely different version. I wrote to support for refund 4 times and all my emails were ignored! Now i see there are more people on this portal who had the exact same experience like me ..

This company advertised on Facebook marketing. Please don't fall for their scam!...
I ordered a 12" brown two toned hair topper which was advertised as 100%human hair, that held a full refund guarantee if not satisfied.
I received a 20" auburn synthetic hair wig!..I emailed twice to request a refund and have been ignored.

BEWARE!!! This company advertises that their products are made with "Natural european hair." This is NOT true... it is plastic and has a bad chemical smell. What I received did not look anything like what was advertised and it was FAKE HAIR!!

I HAVE REPORTED THEM AS A SCAM COMPANY, IF ANYONE HAS HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY CAN YOU LET ME KNOW PLEASE
