I wish I would have read these reviews first before purchasing. What a scam. Fake hair. Nothing like what the video shows or the pictures.
Tried to get a refund by email and no reply.

Do not purchase. It is a scam. The topper has an odor, is not the same color as the photo and is far from real hair.

Zero points for this company
No shipping note and when the package came not even close to what’s been ordered and definitely not real hair
Terrible service no response to emails

Do not order from this company. Once you order the product and get what you do not like you will never hear from them again. You will not be able to return for a refund.

Hola quiero informar que esta empresa que se llama xctee de postizos de cabello son estafadores , me vendieron un supuesto postizo que nunca llego , estado enviándole mensajes que mi orden no ha llegado y me ignoran , me dieron número de orden y todo , pero es falso , imagínense que me metí en línea para hacer el reclamo y mi sorpresa es que piden un número de tarjeta para reclamar , y cuál es la sorpresa que me quitaron un dinero , por el cual tuve que eliminar en mi banco esa tarjeta y adquirir una nueva , señores esta empresa no es seria , me quitaron el dinero y no me dieron mi producto

DO NOT BUY from this company. I to ordered 2 x hair toppers from their facebook advert. I paid via Paypal and recieved the products but they are absolute rubbish! Not the colours that I ordered and not human hair - although I should have known better being an ex hairdresser. I have tried numerous times to get a refund but the comany it says to email for returns says they use their photo's and contact details and is a scam. Please dont waste your money!

It's a total Scam plastic hair and colour different from whats on FB. Vorsicht Betrug, Haare sind aus Plastik, Rücksendungen nicht möglich.

Exactly the same issues as most other reviews. Wish I'd looked at trust pilot!

The topper is synthetic, not human hair as advertised. It doesn't look like the one in the add and there is no way to return it for a refund. I've contacted my bank to report scam.

This company is a TOTAL SCAM! The items I received are NOTHING like what I ordered! They are made of really cheap material and the colour is completely different! Not usable at all!

To continue from my complaint on 18th April. After this company scamming me for the purchase of goods, removing money from my account after I had cancelled my order, it is now 6th May and I have received no goods from this company. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ............ THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM ...... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

If I could give no stars I would. Xctee is an absolutely scam company, do not purchase anything from xctee.com, it is a fake company stolen advertising from another reputable company. They won't reply to emails to refund your money. The misleading advertising of human hair is false, I received a synthetic Halloween wig, that was nothing like the advertised product on its website. Please don't fall for their too good to be true offers it's a scam.

Schande! 129,- euro betaald voor 3 verschillende toppers. Wat ik kreeg waren 3 dezelfde plukjes barbie haar. Lijkt in de verste verte niet op wat ik heb besteld. Heb gevraagd om refund en label om terug te sturen maar geen response!

Heb niet gekregen wat ik heb besteld, maar wel een zeer goedkoop prul die je niet eens kan dragen, heb er 59.97 USD voor betaald en dat geld werd mij niet teruggestort. Dat was 25/12/2023. Ik krijg nu nog steeds ongevraagde mails van hen dat ik mijn aankoop moet voltooien terwijl ik niets meer heb besteld, en ik weet niet hoe ik van die ongewenste mails vanaf moet geraken want uitschrijven staat nergens vermeld in de mail. Ik meld dit steeds aan gmail als spam maar die doen ook niets. Ik koop niets meer van dit bedrijf, ze lichten mensen op.

So disappointed hair piece is nothing like what's shown, I like everyone else ordered on good faith, only to look at the reviews after, which is not like me angry at myself for being so gullible and with this compony which should be not be allowed to operate, its an expensive lesson

This company is a total sham. Do not purchase anything. I bought two hairpieces and approx 3 mins later, I read the reviews here under trust pilot and cancelled the order immediately under their printed cancellation policy. I r mailed them on 3 occasions, however, never had any response. Have now gone into my account and the money has been taken. How awful that this company scams vulnerable people.

Scam, fake and platinum, like doll hair. a net which said it would be silk. looks like a cheap Halloween wig!! I ordered a dimensional bown, and honey blonde. nothing like their video.
I am demanding my money to be refunded
