This company is a scam. The product you receive looks nothing like what is advertised. After returning the item at your own expense, you still don’t receive a refund. Once you request your money back, they simply stop responding to emails.

Hanteng Network - This company is a complete scam, purchased a topper for my sister with cancer, it was made of plastic not real hair as advertised. They offered a refund if I returned it which I did and paid for tracking so I had proof of collection there end which they did, heard nothing after that, kept contacting them with no response.
Filed a complaint through PayPal with no luck, so they are just as bad, I had proof of all correspondence and receipts and they still took the side of the rip off company "UNBELIEVABLE" Never deal with this company ever!!!!!!!

Advertised as human hair with beautiful pictures. Item sent is synthetic and nothing like the picture. Atrocious misselling.

Please do not order from this company. Complete scam . The topper I received is totally nothing like the item ordered. I think the italian designer had a day off on this one .,.
Plastic hair , thick hairline , seethrough on the lace part , very heavy , vibrant yellow colour... not even good for fancy dress . Wanted it as I have thining hair due to medical reasons, feel totally scammed. So please do not order from this scam site. Numerous emails sent to them with no response, I wish I had read other reviews before ordering .

Do not order from this company, they are a total scam. The topper they showed in the video I ordered, was not even remotely close to what I received. Wrong colour and very poor quality. They asked to send a picture of the problem. I sent two pictures clearly showing it was platinum not dark blonde with brown. They told me to send it back to China at my expense. If they felt it was there mistake they would send me a new one.

I just wish I had bothered to look at these reviews before ordering as I have been totally scammed.
The toppers are awful - the front was raised and you could see the stitching and the cap.
I contacted customer services and Ms Liu messaged me and apologised and asked me to return it promising a full refund and refund of my return postage costs. I don’t know how I could have been so stupid but the messages from Ms Liu seemed plausible.
The item was returned but the company didn’t accept it or I was given the wrong address (probably the latter on purpose) and the item is now lost somewhere in China. They now don’t reply to me anymore even though I have been fair and conciliatory in every way. But I will now post about this wherever I can to warn others.
So I lost on the cost of the item and the delivery back.
I feel so stupid for falling for this scam!!
I wish I could give zero stars.
Beware and don’t fall for it like I did.

DO NOT BUY! Cheap and hard to return. Customer service barely speaks English and it costs $55 to return.

Scam

Purchased topper for $51. The hair is cheap and fake. Completely wrong colour, length and style. I wanted to return but they said it would be $200 to courier with tracking. They offered 30% refund instead. Easy way for them to make money. Awful product. Should not be allowed to trade.

What I ordered was a light brown wig topper that was supposed to have clips and just attached to the top of my head what came was a chestnut brown, full wig that has weird clips and straps. I reached out to the company they want me to pay return shipping which to China was quoted as $61.90. I paid $54.99 for a wig topper Total bait and switch quality not even similar to what was pictured

I have some advice, run and then run faster from purchasing this product. Hair line is so unnatural and hair looks so fake. Nothing like the video advertisement. THe only thing this product has going for it, is a great commercial and model. Totally got suckered. Thought about posting my own commercial on this product as a comedy, I wouldn't even wear it for Halloween.

Do NOT buy from this company!!!!! They do NOT respond if you want to return an item!! I am reporting them to the World Trade Commission! They say refunds are easy! BS! And their hair pieces are crap! They look so fake!

I had a disappointing experience with this company's return policy. After receiving the wrong item (a gray hair topper instead of the silver one I ordered), I was informed that I needed to pay for return shipping to their warehouse in China. The shipping cost was quoted at R1990, which is more than double the price I paid for the product (R950). When I raised this issue, they offered a 30% refund on the purchase price if I kept the incorrect item, which amounted to just R285.
While I appreciate that they proposed an alternative, the offer felt inadequate given the significant error on their part and the excessive return shipping cost. This experience has left me frustrated, as I’m left with a product I didn’t order and a refund that doesn’t come close to compensating for the mistake. Be cautious when ordering from this company, as their international return process is both expensive and cumbersome. Lastly, I would like to point out that the product is certainly not made of human hair.

Wish I had also read these reviews. The topper is awful. Sits on my head like a rug. It looks nothing whatsoever like the one in the video just a very very cheap knock off
