Leather Zippo Case

Very nice black leather puoch with Zippo emblazoned and open shut stud and a beltloop, great.
It protects my awesome space scene Zippo from everyday scratches etc.

Multiple faulty items.

Purchased 2 hand warmers. They lasted a week before both failing. I emailed zippo and they asked for a specific. Photo. Almost immediately they agreed the items are faulty and they will change for a newer version that doesn't have this fault. The new items have arrived and they to are faulty. They leak fluid are very hard to light and cause burns and fires. These items should be recalled and removed from sale as they are dangerous

Amazing Service

Ordered a Zippo Double jet butane insert plus 2 butane refills on 29th December, arrived 31st 0730 by DHL, so fast my PayPal got whiplash amazing service.

ZIPPO IS THE WORST

SCAMMERS
They sent me wrong tracking number two times. First they sent me a tracking number for my package and when it didnt arrive i called the postservice. The postservice said that the reciver for the package was someone else, meaning zippo gave me someone elses tracking number. I then emailed zippo which said the would send another package. After some time i did still not receive any package and emailed them again and they said they have sent it out and gave me a tracking number. When i then tracked it went to a different part of the country and it turned out the sent the wrong trackining number again. I then emailed them saying that i had enough and want my money back and they said it would take 5- 15 days then the money would be on my account. Now i has been i month and i have still not gotten my money back.

RIP OFF MERCHANTS KEEP CLEAR!!!

My partner ordered a zippo off this site 2 weeks ago and not even an email to confirm. I've contacted them twice and no reply he paid £102.00 for the zippo and been ripped off by this company so keep clear of this site!!!

IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS

Super fast delivery and a nice lighter from their “Lucky Dip” option. As is usual for me I don’t read reviews until after I’ve already ordered something, don’t ask why, I’m stupid like that!🤣 Anyway I was reading all the negative reviews and was thinking “I guess im never going to see the lighter” when there was a knock on my door from the dhl courier with my Zippo! Over the moon and pleased with the design I got.

Lack of item

Ordered an expensive zippo.
Dhl said delivery 27 August. Today is 8 September. One email from Zippo to say basically be patient. See other reviews for customer service. This may well put you off. Lack of transparent communication. Zippo should be ashamed of poor consumer relations

I sent my zippo case in for a broken…

I sent my zippo case in for a broken hinge,not only did they replace the hinge they replaced the insert with a brand new one.so yes I am very happy with zippo service.i have owned several zippos throughout my life and this would be only the second time they have been out for repairs.zippo is simply the best and keep up the good work thank you. My partner got me a zippo for…

My partner got me a zippo for Valentines day. It arrived with quite a deep scratch on the lid, deep enough I could feel it with my nail. I did get a refund but still lost out ~£4.79 on postage to return it. They didn't give me a prepaid label. Pretty bad that I had to pay to send back a lighter that wasn't good quality.

Last Zippo I will buy

2 new Zippos now where the design painted on it has peeled within a week of being the only thing in my pocket. Hinge on the lids is also lower quality than older Zippos.
Just awful quality for a brand like this, should be 1/4 of the price they sell them for.

I Will never buy another Zippo lighter

I Will never buy another Zippo lighter, they are very low quality. The quality is like they are just mass produced in china for low cost. I paid over £100 pounds and I feel like I have wasted my money. I have tried contacting customer service to try get a refund and they ignore me, I got one response from them asking for pictures of the lighter so I sent the pictures, and now no reply from zippo after 2 weeks, I have messaged them 5 times now and still no reply. Terrible company, terrible product, terrible customer service.

Ordered a custom lighter

Ordered a custom lighter. Received it with the incorrect spelling. They resent another one now with incorrect font. When asked to resend the correct order with font and name spelled correctly I was then advised the font is now no longer being offered. Talk about scam. Never again Zippo. I’d light matches and order basic BIC lighters before ordering from you guys ever again. Customer service is dying with these big companies.. retired part time folks handling these concerns make it even worse.

They simply never reply to enquiries…

They simply never reply to enquiries through the silly site form required to contact them, first time I presumed it was simply lost in the system, after trying multiple times (5 now) over the last year I've given up, they simply do not respond.
