Wanted to speak to some as im a first time buyer and just wanted some clarity about my AIP and just some general questions as its all new to me and was advised by a friend to call them. The lady i spoke to was very rude and frosty. Had her fan blowing so could barely hear what she was saying but advised she wouldnt slow it down so i could hear her as it was too hot. Very much knocked all my confidence with regard to getting a mortgage.

The members of staff were very helpful and the process very easy to follow

Super efficient service, Called into the local YBS to enquire about transferring a due to mature ISA.that was with another financial business, advised as I had one recently opened with them it would be a simple transaction, without a need for an appointment, and true to their word called in a week later with the relevant information, and the transfer (upon maturity) went so smoothly and efficiently I was in and out within less than 20 minutes. Wow now that is efficient with friendly staff. as well YBS recommended.

You are a professional company. Please do not send junk like TrustPilot or other American marketing companies. No one is interested.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Opening a savings account was easy and everything was explained clearly. Excellent experience.

I’d like to thank Harrison for his exceptional customer service when I visited the Brentwood branch. I’d filled in a Power of Attorney registration form and posted it to head office on Monday 27th July. I made an appointment to visit the Brentwood branch on Wednesday 5th August to check POA had been registered as I needed to close my mother accounts and access funds, which are needed for my parents to be able to move into a more suitable property.
Harrison was able to confirm that POA had been registered, printed statements, which were needed as proof of funds for the house purchase, closed all 3 accounts, and issued cheques straight away.
Harrison was extremely professional and supportive throughout the process, which took less than 40 minutes, and this has really helped to ease the burden on my mother who needs to be able to move as soon as possible.
