Got there in the end the online setup was slow and clunky and took over 3 hours to update . The manager at the Barnoldswick branch was extremely helpful and a credit to the company if not for her help... Leggi di più
Dealt with Molly at Scarborough branch. She led us through the various products. Appeared to be very knowledgeable. Her manner was polite and helpful with excellent customer focus.

Very easy to open an ISA. The staff at the Agency in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield extremely helpful. Definitely went the extra mile. Would highly recommend them

Years ago I had a mortgage with Yorkshire Building Society and they were excellent then so decided to come back with them to save joining them has been the easiest, fastest process ive ever had the app is so easy and user friendly.
