SATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT WHILST OPENING BANK ACCOUNT
The female staff l talked to gave me informed information, on the telephone and in branch, which enabled me make the decision on the type of savings account best suited for me.
The support and customer service care is excellent.

Only gripe I had was the process of applying for a mortgage took a while. However complaining about that would be the equivalent of been made when it rains.
Everything else was smooth, stress free and very well communicated. So a happy customer

Opened an ISA recently online. The process very straightforward.
My local branch followed up with a courtesy call a short while afterwards to let me know there was a local branch in my area, and if there was anything else they could help with. I was very appreciative of their call and good customer service.
