Not worth the hassle!
I have ordered a few items from here, but delivery is always a problem. There’s no communication until one contacts them. Very poor service. Not worth the trouble at all.
Would never purchase from here again. They still owe me the battery for my head torch which was purchased months ago.
Instead they choose to ignore every type of contact i try to make.
Simply not good enough.
Placed an order all items were in stock at the time they realy don't care about customer service or even getting your order to you hopefully I don't pay for the products as I place a cancellation with afterpay well before the first payment came out .

Do not buy from this company! I never leave reviews however I felt inclined after the way my issue was dealt with. I ordered a set of electronic hearing protection from Xhunter. Firstly the headset I received was not the one I ordered. Second to this it had major faults such as static in the left hear when turned on and the foam ear pads were already peeling away from the headset.
When I raised a dispute with the company explaining the above issues, I was told to provide photos via email which I did. The photos showed the ordered product vs the received aswell as the issues.
The following day I was told to give them 2-3 business days to respond as this was a warranty issue with the supplier , this is extremely inconvenient as this essentially meant I would have to wait out until next week and this would put me very close to my fly out date for work with no electronic hearing protection either, arguably worse off than I currently am. I then replied asking if there was any other avenues we could explore as I pointed out that I understand it is covered by warranty however the product I received initially was not what I ordered.
I was then told very abruptly, send the product back and we will refund you. Upon asking if Xhunter would cover the $30+ worth of shipping both ways that I would have cough up for a broken product that I didn’t order, I was left with no response or communication. I was not rude or blunt throughout any of my emails and if the store would like to dispute any of the above or provide further context that is lacking I would love to hear it and can provide screenshots of all communication back and forth.
I have decided to wait another full day before raising a consumer issue complaint with the ACCC as the item is a piece of safety equipment and falls within the compensation category, however I will give them another day to rectify the issue.
Just my experience over the last 48-72 hours
EDIT: So today I was informed that Xhunter had listed the wrong image for the product I ordered and actually did not even have the item that I assumed I paid for at all. They're response was an apology for the inconvenience and they informed me they have removed the picture showing the incorrect item. So after days of correspondence I am left with a broken product that I did not order and days of wasted time. I have told Xhunter to consider the matter closed, atleast at the store dispute level and i will NEVER be purchasing another product from this company nor will I be referring any colleagues or friends.
STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
SHOULD'VE READ OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING.
Sent me a broken product, emailed with pictures, of broken product, asked for a refund, one would think this would be a straight forward refund but you better believe it they reply to emails when I leave a bad review but ignore the refund request entirely multiple times.
SECOND OCCURRENCE
The business will send you emails attacking your character personally for leaving a bad review. (Still no refund)
THIRD OCCURRENCE
The seller has refused to respond to me about the refund or provide any details, but has replied to my PayPal dispute with blasphemous claims of “I suspect the customer is trying to obtain goods with payment”. However has not offered any instructions on refund, return label, instructions on return or even requested a return. (Still no refund)
The attitude of customer service from this company is beyond absolutely disgusting.

Because it was the case, I’ve had to send 2 emails now and leave a negative review just to get a response. The review is accurate and happy to post proof as well as this email just received from you.
I’d like a refund for the broken product that was delivered and then no further involvement with your company and intimidating tactics via email.
I expect a swift and quick resolution as a consumer protected by Australian consumer law. As it seems you’re more worried about the review than you are responding to what I’ve asked twice and actioning it.

Wish I had read reviews first. Took money very quickly through Paypal but at the moment very slow to dispatch. Beginning to wonder now whether it will be. Same issues, not answering their phone and not replying to emails. You would think if there were issues then they would have the common courtesy to inform you instead of ignoring you.
Ordered other stuff from other companies on the same day and next day been emailed and dispatched so their service is disgraceful.
Can’t be reached by phone despite having a 1300 number. Take forever to reply to email if you even get a reply. Give you half the info requested or none at all. Absolutely hopeless seller. Offer pick up but have no provision in the cart, shipping is added regardless. Seriously don’t waste your time & money on these sub standard clowns.

Tried to buy an item they said was in stock or so it said on the website, tried to use the chat but it said it had been disabled since 2020, have tried to reach out and no one is responding. My order has been waiting for dispatch for a week. Sent a message asking for it to be shipped or I'll ask my bank to charge back.
EDIT. After I had logged the chargeback they sent an automated update email and text the next day to say it was being sent. No apologies, no sorry for the delay, nothing, not one reply to my queries. Just an update to say it was now being dispatched.
I shouldn't have to threaten a charge back to get something sent.
15 days after payment item was still not posted. Only sent after I asked when it would be shipped. Company not reliable and won’t deal with them again. Plenty of other sellers with same or similar products that take Custer service seriously.
Be very careful when dealing with this merchant. Their story changed three times when I asked where the missing item from my order was. I want to deal with businesses who are honest and have integrity. That was not my experience with XHunter. I will never buy from them again. BTW: if you want a refund and you have used Afterpay, tell them you are going to request a charge-back from your bank for Afterpay to reimburse you. Also tell them you are going to report them to Consumer Affairs Victoria and the Office of Fair Trading. They will refund your money immediately.

TM01181SF Tekmat Tactical Laser Sight Led Light - W Switch Remote Control #Tm01181. Order N75827. This order was placed on 23/02/23 but not received by Australia Post until more than 2 weeks later on 09/03/23. Xhunter then requested feedback the next day. I actually received it on 14/03/23, 3 weeks after ordering (they are only a few suburbs away). I then notified them of a laser alignment issue within 2 days of receipt, supplying photos demonstrating the issue. Had to remind them again a week later that I was waiting for resolution only to be told I could try moving back on the picatinny rail. Did this although it was obviously pointless and took more pictures for them. Now I am getting no response. Will submit a case to the ACCC.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS. Note: Its clear that they are using multiple fake reviews to cover up the bad ones. Please look at the nature of their one star reviews and you will see a pattern form, this is my experience below....
From the start my experience was terrible. I had to contact xhunter to 'remind' them I even placed an order as no dispatch information was forthcoming. They then send my order out in a rush without acknowledgement of my email, and i think this is how the wrong product was shipped. This did add an extra week to me receiving item. The product was a gun hard case so its pretty big, Once it arrives I could tell right away it wasn't what I ordered, wrong size. It wasn't even close. Now the fun starts. The CS team eventually respond to me wanting proof so I get out my tape measure and take a bunch of photos. They investigate a bit more, eventually telling me I have 2 options. Both were terrible and in no way was any attempt to apologise made or any real offer to compensate me for the months of time lost. Had they just apologised I may have been open to a change over but they treated it like it was my fault. Offered me a 20% discount to keep the product or pay full price for the right product. All I expected was a small discount on a more expensive product which they wouldn't do. I went for a refund, it took them another 4 weeks to arrange a courier and I had to constantly remind them. They even claimed the order was actually collected at one point when it wasn't. They still owe me money for the shipping, they have since sent me an email claiming they are fed up with my negativity and so they don't want to Reimburse me anymore. I would be more than happy to forward any potential customer the email trail of my dealings with these guys.
Every stage of the return process has involved heaps of input from me, What a joke. I still don't have all my money back they are trying to charge me to cover the postage as well. Its not a massive amount of money but im going to fight them on it as the level of arrogance i have seen isnt right and i know i will win this.
Stay well clear of these guys!!

Ordered an item marked as in stock. No communication for a week so I checked the order online, it was marked “back order”. Not happy, I was assured it was currently on its way from the supplier. 2 weeks later I get a message that it was not received & was recommended a product 50% ($300) more expensive than the first. Requested a refund & was told it would be processed in 1-3 days - 7 days latter I’m still waiting, waiting, waiting.
Refunded only after opening a PayPal case.
Update April 2025: After more than 2years, they want an order number or they will seek to have this review removed. This mob really is the lowest of the low.
We ordered a product that didn't arrive. We got a refund, though were ripped off $15.20, & they never answer their phone. Poor customer service.
Very good service and great price . Going back for more purchases soon .
