Damaged Safe, No Replacement and Terrible Customer Service
I purchased a firearm safe from Xhunter Australia that arrived damaged and unusable. Despite providing clear photo and video evidence, the company refused to repair or replace it under Australian Consumer Law, blaming couriers and internal policies instead.
Weeks of ignored emails and dismissive responses followed, forcing me to escalate the matter through formal complaint channels. Their customer service was evasive, unhelpful and unprofessional — once payment was made, communication stopped.
Consumers should know that Xhunter’s after-sales support is almost non-existent. I recommend buying from a business that actually stands by what it sells and values its customers.

Been searching all over QLD for G96…
Been searching all over QLD for G96 cleaner and couldn’t find it anywhere in the shops. Jumped online and the Xhunter online store had it in stock, easy as. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was quick — honestly such a relief to finally get my hands on it. Felt like a bit of a win.
My grandad was already using G96 back in his day, so it’s been a trusted name in our family for generations. It honestly leaves Hoppe’s for dust — just works better and keeps the gear spotless. Big thanks to Xhunter online store for keeping the classics alive when no one else seems to stock them.

Exceeded My Expectations – Highly Recommended!
This was my first time shopping at Xhunter. Honestly, I was hesitant at first because I had seen quite a few negative reviews. Eventually, I decided to order a mount for my scope — a model I couldn’t find anywhere else, and Xhunter was the only store that had it in stock and could ship to my place in QLD with very reasonable postage.
To my surprise, the whole transaction was excellent! I received SMS updates at every stage, the packaging was very secure, and the delivery only took a few days from placing the order to receiving it.
I don’t understand why there are so many malicious negative reviews. After reading through them carefully, it seems most are from people who accidentally bought a preorder item, didn’t realise it, and then blamed the store unfairly.
As for me, I’ll definitely shop here again — and I’ll be recommending Xhunter to my friends as well!

Dont listen to the peanuts
I have a feeling the majority of negative reviews here were written by peanuts who can't read. I have placed several orders through these guys and will be placing another one shortly.
I have always found them easy to deal with, when items are in stock (for all the peanuts our there; in stock meaning the store physically has the item, not, "in stock with supplier") the delivery times have been excellent.
I am interstate and will go with XHunter over my local store as their range is limited and XH is usually a little cheaper. Never had a problem with XHunter, if you can read, and understand the basics of logistics I would recommend.
