Product are mostly high end quality, prices are competitive but lost a star for long waits in delivery. This day and age 2 weeks plus for delivery is not an acceptable.

Great store – never had a problem in 4 years!

Not sure why some people say their service is bad — I’ve placed 12 orders with XHunter over the past 4 years and never had any issues with prices or service.
Sometimes they split the order into two packages, but everything still arrives.
Back then, they only replied via email, and yeah, responses could be a bit slow.
But now they’ve improved a lot — having WhatsApp support makes things way easier and faster.
I’ll definitely keep shopping with XHunter!

Don't waste your time or money.......

I wouldn't attempt to buy from this company again!
I ordered a few things from the website and after a couple of weeks, I wondered where my order was.
I whatsapped and emailed them to find out and got two different answers.
One answer said that the items had been send and would be here any day, the other stating that there had been a technical issue and would be posted next day.
I waited a couple of days and there was no progress. I ended up going through the payment company and getting a refund.

I had read bad reviews but decided to give them a go based on price and being able to pay paypal.

Ordered Sunday, got shipping info Monday afternoon, received all items Friday morning.

Horrendous

Horrendous. Ordered a knife which I was told was in stock. Didn't receive anything for two weeks. Emailed them and they told me sorry wasn't in stock could I wait 8-10 days two weeks later no information about it. I contacted them again and got the sorry no stock please wait 8-10 days.

Asked for a refund and got no response. Scam. Will be reporting them tomorrow.

His company On sell beware of pre order

Brought thermal scope 3/4/25 after 2 days not sent ,after enquiry they said it wouldn't be sent till the 12/4/25 pre-order scam selling selling items they do not have ,basically on selling, kate told me it said pre order on listing but iam very fussy on preorder bad selling practices, didn't see on listing ,got changed 2 days after to preorder asked for a refund XHUNTER REFUSED 1 STAR IF I COULD GIVE ZERO I WOULD ,NOW I KNOW THERE SELLING PRACTICES WONT BUY HERE AGAIN

Few days later, emailed asking for tracking update, was advised order will be sent out that day. Asked to cancel order 3 days ago, still no response. Dispute raised with my bank.

Absolute rubbish business and I think…

Absolute rubbish business and I think may be a scam.

I bought two items online (and paid for them) and then received an email a week later saying they suspect my transaction was fraudulent. They then wanted me to send a photo of my debit card, which I did.

Received an email back then saying they still suspect the transaction was fruadulent! I couldn't find a phone number for this hack of a business so emailed them and asked them to call. Their response "Sorry that our phone service is unavailable."

So they still have my money, and no response.

Wish I’d read the reviews first

Wish I’d read the reviews first. Ordered 2 batteries from this company. A packaged eventually arrived about 10 days after I placed the order but they sent me the wrong batteries - Cheaper lower capacity versions of the batteries that I ordered. I have tried contacting them to sort it out but they haven’t responded. Looks like I have wasted $90 + postage.

This company has no idea at all what customer service is. Dont waste time or money dealing with these people. I made a purchase got no email of acknowledgement and after about a week my purchase had not shipped I received a text from them if I had made a purchase there. Complete amatuers. STEER WELL CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS. Lots more shops around who treat you so much better.
