Great service and delivery, just a little disappointed with the quality of the bed itself. Chips really easily.

My first experience with this company is as good as you can expect. Good prices, pictures and description, good delivery and communication along.

Honestly I would not give 1 star - ordered mattress for delivery on day of choice - Wednesday. Worldstore sent confirmation so took day off then courier contacted to say they would be delivering Thursday so rearranged my shifts- not easy in NHS so I could be home. Wednesday night courier rang to say mattress was not at the depot yet so would contact me. Phoned worldstores customer services who said they would contact courier. No contact from anyone rest of week or weekend so phoned customer services again on Monday who told me they will e mail courier again. I asked if they could not telephone them direct and they said they had no contact numbers!!!. Contacted courier myself via the message they left me and courier said they had not received the mattress from Worldstores. Cancelled order immediately but by then Worldstores had had my money for 10 days then took another week to refund. Disgusting customer service - avoid at all costs any of the companies connected to Worldstores

Brilliant service First time I'd used them and heard of them.
I had seen a link on bargains for mums on Facebook.
I managed to get a well needed trampoline ladder for out trampoline. We had been using a step for over a year.
The transaction was simple, I got confirmation straight away and was kept up to date on the delivery time.
Even with the free delivery it came quickly.
Great product will definitely use them again

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my mattress. Very good service to start with delivery men very friendly and efficient. However as I was unpacking the mattress I noticed it was not the one I had ordered. I called customer service and got a very unfriendly response. The young man eventually promised to get it sorted out and have the wrong mattress collected on Thursday and the new one delivered at the same time. Thursday I received a text saying due to problems with their network theyould not be delivering the mattress until further notice. I phoned a spoke to a young lady who said the mattress hadn't been scanned in so they can't say when it will be delivered. I only bought this online as I had moved a week earlier than planned and they promised next day delivery. As things stand I am going to be waiting over a week for it. I have healthy issues that are exacerbated by stress and lack of a good night's sleep as I'm having to sleep on a very uncomfortable couch.

Fast delivery, good quality and reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic purchase of a rug. I could not find this size rug at the retailer I usually use. I found a rug I liked, searched the web and found the exact rug £50 cheaper and in stock in the large size I needed. Great delivery - letting us know when it would arrive. Fabulous - will use Worldstores again.

Notifications around delivery are excellent. Delivery drivers really helpful. Quality of divan good. Only comment to improve is to give option of headboard with divan in selection
