After your item is in the cart at the bottom it says order now and you'll have it by such and such a date.... well I took a screenshot of the date I was supposed to get my item which was several days ago and have yet to receive it or get any kind of update on it. And today I go back in and it says order now to receive my june 24th but I'm guessing that's bullshit as well.

I ordered a 5 mm 18K gold wedding band. They originally gave me a wedding band that was too large at 7.5 mm, then too small at around 4 mm, then the third time they got it 100% right at 5 mm. They also rush shipped everything and let me use the bands for my event. It’s difficult to order online and get it right so that’s why I’m giving their customer service 5 stars for being willing to work with me and give a partial refund for my troubles.

These rings are stunning! I got engaged with three diamond princess stone ring and it was crafted on 18 carat white gold. This is second set of rings purchased from WorldJewels. I am mesmerized with the emerald diamond ring crafted in 18karat yellow gold. Now, I have a set on white gold and yellow gold. I am simply in love with them! Thanks, WorldJewels Elaine Alves

I received a beautiful eternity band with emerald cut diamonds. Was very surprised with the exceptional customer service. I felt very nervous at first since this was my first big purchase for an expensive ring but I was reassured by team and felt super excited to finally wear my ring. It fits amazing and it sparkles so nicely. Will definitely be buying again.

We received our wedding ring set on Saturday. It looks amazing. We shopped around and worldjewels had the best prices. The jewelry is top notch. We had a request on the design and they accommodated us. Thanks to Allen for making our day.

Love the ring. Initially the ring did not arrive when expected and it was slow to get a response. They did respond, got the ring and they made it right.

Customer Service Maria was very very nice and had my concerns in front of her the whole time. She is what kept this sale alive and only her!

The website did not say anything about taking two weeks to produce the item and then two day delivery. That is not cool and if I would have known I would have ordered it earlier. I was panic mode because I needed the ring before Valentines Day. MARIA made that happen. They or she sent it OVERNIGHT! on the 13th and Feb 14th 9:30ish FedEx was at my door. Again, if it was not for Maria, I would have demanded my money back and keep the ring, I will go elsewhere. I gave wife the ring, but I doubt I will be shopping here again. Thank you Maris for your help and making this a happy moment. She loved it!!

After months searching for the perfect wedding ring for my Fiance who is very picky I finally came across World Jewels website. They have, a showroom in Los Angeles . I found the perfect ring for my king at the last minute I might add. People when w tell you they really came through for me, I’m not lying. When I saw this ring I this was the one. I had no idea they had to make the ring once ordered. I was worried I wouldn’t get it in time but Allen, the owner assured me that for my wedding on 01/04/25 that I would have of even if it meant he had to catch a fly and deliver it himself. He promised I’d have it before our wedding and I did. My husband’s ring arrived overnight, Fed Ex on 01/02. When we opened the package and my then Fiance opened that box his eyes lit up and he had the biggest smile. That moment was priceless. His face said it all and let me know I’d did great. This ring is absolutely stunning. My maid of honor lost the ring box which my husband loved. Hope we can find it.. Thank you to the World Jewels family for coming through for me like you did. Not only did he make the ring exactly like the reference photos I showed him, but he even made the ring with a quick turn around time. They took forever to ship a simple gold wedding band and I had to be the one to reach out about the status. They were kind enough to overnight it eventually. But when it came, it wasn't engraved like I stated in my order. Just a hassle really.

I am always careful when buying larger purchases on line. The staff and owner were attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend World Jewels. The communication was great, and the ring is awesome. If she accepts, I will purchase the “final ring” from World Jewels.

I originally wrote that they lied on their website, which was not the case, though it felt like it in the moment. The shipping system is not perfect, but they will work with you to make sure you get your product by the time you need it. The ring I purchased is quite good in terms of quality.
