Lack of communication. It has been a nightmare trying to get information on my order and when it is going to ship out. And actually talking with a person has been very hard as well.

The items ordered were not worth the amount I paid, which was astronomical for average jewelry.

The Company claims the jewelry is made to order, but the items I received were nothing exceptional.

A very personalized experience as you have a representative that will help you with your order from start to finish via online, phone, and/or email. They were VERY VERY responsive. I know the purchase price of these products can vary greatly, my purchase was “average” if I had to guess, and I still received a very personalized experience.

It was an easy to pick out the ring and diamond I wanted and the process was fast and I got my delivery quicker then expected.
