Victoria was amazing from initial enquiry, to visiting for a test drive last Saturday, deciding to proceed, and collecting this Saturday.

Victoria gave us time to look around the car, no sales pressure and go and see her when finished. Exactly the kind of experience I want when purchasing something but hardly ever get. Any questions or queries I had were answered with great knowledge of the product by Victoria.

Would definitely travel the distance to purchase a car from Wollaston again. Even though there are Mini dealerships closer to me.

I picked up my brand new Mini Aceman SE this weekend, having ordered it back in February. Kyle was knowledgeable about the car and discussed in detail the specifications available and my finance options. He was friendly, courteous and kept me informed throughout the whole order process. On pick up day, it felt like an occasion as I completed final paperwork and I was taken to my new car. Kyle took the time to set the car up for me and talked me through all the settings.
I wouldn't hesitate in using Wollaston Mini again. Many thanks for such a pleasant experience.

My experience at Wollaston Mini was excellent overall. I had asked to be contacted regarding what I wanted after coming in to find out what might be available- after a month I hadn’t heard anything so I called in to see if anything had popped up -Victoria was great and pointed me to a perfect mini I hadn’t seen. She organised a test drive straight away and again Victoria was consistently friendly and helpful; she made sure that the whole process went smoothly from start to finish - I will definitely recommend calling and asking for her to anyone I know who is thinking about purchasing a used mini !

Have been a customer since November 2003 and would recommend to all, always great service and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable.
I collected my 7th mini yesterday and Jack was great he’s kept me updated with delivery date etc which was incredibly quick handover was brilliant. Well done Wollaston for always going above and beyond

Bought a new Mini in March 2022 from Wollaston MINI, bought 3 year service pack inc MOT at time of purchase. The car today had first MOT and we were presented with a £108.38 bill. Wollaston claim the fee was for a brake fluid change, which was not included in the 3 year service pack, despite it being written as included on the paperwork at the time of purchase. They said the £108.38 charge included a discount, on something I thought I had already paid for!
Despite showing them the original paperwork they would not budge and we were forced to pay the bill.
In my opinion SHARP PRACTICE.
I had my previous MINI serviced by them for 7 years and received great service-never a problem, which is why I purchased my new MINI from them.
I will not be returning.

Excellent service. Went to buy new car on a Sunday afternoon we’re people at work can’t wait to finish and go home. Wollaston mini were fantastic we got we wanted and more. The staff were brilliant I can’t praise them more,even when we pick car up there even sorting my number plates out for me ie my private plate from old car to new car. Lewis and Adam can’t do enough for there customer.

Had a really good service buying our new Mini especially from Lewis. We ended up getting a great deal on the exact car we were looking for.

Had my Son's MINI is with service dept yesterday Delt with a lovely young lady called Keely ... super helpful and super efficient, car was turned around in a timely manner and a call was made to me saying the cars was all ready for me to collect, again sore Keely ( welcomed by a big smile again ) paid my bill and I was gone .... very professional and a compete pleasure as always coming to Wollaston been coming here for over 24 years and will not go anywhere else

The people at Wollaston mini were so helpful and professional. I felt I was a valued customer. Kyle, who I dealt with through the purchase procedures was kind and understanding and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and understood everything to do with my purchase and part exchange. When I eventually collected my car he took time
to explain all the features and was very patient with me. Full marks to Wollaston mini -would highly recommend.
