My 2nd mini from Wollaston. Excellent service. The staff go above and beyond, from the product specialist to Dealership management. No complaints……the coffee and biscuits are good too.

Just bought a new mini countryman from Wollaston and it couldn’t have been easier.I live in Cumbria and my new car arrived on Tuesday.Kyle was great and made it a stress free experience.Also the car is exactly what I was looking for.

Sales staff very active, good product knowledge and keen to look after customers.

Just purchased a Mini Cooper s convertible (my 3rd mini, but first convertible ). From the very first contact with Caitlin, we were impressed that everyone we spoke to felt like customer service people, not salespeople. Jack was absolutely brilliant - so informative and patient- thoroughly explaining all our options and the many many features and benefits. Gareth did the final run through on the day I picked up the car and, again, I couldn’t have asked for more. Everyone made the experience so special and great fun! I’ve never dealt with Wollaston motors before, but wouldn’t hesitate to do so again and to recommend them to others. Adam seems to doing a great job with his team there. Huge thank you to all 😁

So so helpful; so knowledgeable, incredibly courteous and nothing too much trouble to help us chose the right car and also complete the sales process. Having recently purchased a new Mini Countryman from Wollaston Mini Northampton, I have nothing but praise for the friendly professional manner of the staff member and Manager who dealt with my sale. This professiolism was evident across the entire workforce. I have bought many vehicles in the past from many different dealerships but Wollaston Mini were head and shoulders above them in customer service and aftercare. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this dealership who truly deserve more than the maximum five stars I was limited to.

Saw the car on Autotrader and made the call.The whole buying experience was very easy. A video was sent and they even knocked money off the price and on collection they had filled the car with fuel ready for my return journey.

Contacted Wollaston mini body shop about repairs needed to my car. They took the hassle away and kept me informed throughout the process. They truly went above and beyond so I could have a replacement car whilst mine was being repaired. My mini came back fully repaired and looking fantastic. After a comprehensive search online found the JCW Mini I wanted at Wollaston Mini. Phoned and spoke to Debbie and made an appointment to view the car. The car was ready for us to view when we arrived and Debbie came straight out to and show us the Mini. We we went on a test drive, which was very comprehensive, dual carriage way, town and country roads and even through a village. We covered all areas of driving used on a daily journey. Perfect. Decision made we were having the Mini. Debbie helped us through all the paperwork and had the car ready for us to pick up on the agreed date. I would recommend anyone to use Wollaston Mini.
