This car insurance company deserves zero stars, but unfortunately, that option doesn’t exist. The service is extremely poor, and the overall experience has been disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Good insurance company, good pricing and seemless renewal, just wish theyd listen to a genuine worry we had midway through our sons first year but we go again

Good initial experience
This is early days as the insurance is just due to start so I can’t comment on the claims side of things, but WiseDriving quote was competitive for a young driver and met all my needs. It was easy to set up and the online portal to monitor my driving. The ‘black box’ was delivered within 5 days and seems easy to install and doesn’t use my 12v socket (which some do) as I need that to charge my phone for satnav.

I have not had an accidental claim before either by me or third party but my experience is somewhat good, as they were proactive with my well-being than the claim.

Dislike the hassle it is to get a hold…
Dislike the hassle it is to get a hold of somebody to talk to.
Tried numerous of times to change the payment date my insurance comes out on and been told it’s going to charge me to move it and also been told I cannot do this!
How do they expect me to pay on time if not allowing customers to move the payment date to a day that suits the customer. Very unhappy with this.

Complete rip off when you want to cancel the policy because they won’t insure the new car you’ve purchased, stay away from them. You’ve been warned.
