Wickes designed and installed my new kitchen and without doubt, I had the best experience from designer Bev Goosey to Simon James' installation team. I was looked after from day 1. I had never planned such a project before and Bev expertly guided me through the process. What I've ended up with is a beautiful kitchen perfectly suited to my needs. Simon is an absolute dream to work with. Timely, respectful, knowledgeable with a fabulous work ethic that is reflected throughout the team. The projectand specialist works came in on time, within budget and no mess. The site was cleaned and tidied at the end of each working day. Wickes' communication was spot on regarding delivery protocols and delivery was on time too. I really cannot praise this team too highly I am so very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend them

Excellent service from initial design by Dass of the kitchen to fitting with Simon and his great team. Always tidied up at the end of the day and all very polite. Looking forward to getting the bathroom done next week.

We couldn’t be happier with our new Wickes kitchen, right from the start with our designer Bev and then Simon and his team of fitter’s the end result was fabulous. All of the guys were very polite and friendly and Scott always left the place tidy. We would highly recommend this team

Our en-suite refurbishment has just been completed, and we cannot thank Wickes enough for tge superb service we recieved, especially Bev Goosey our design consultant and Andrew our fitter who was first class.

We were so lucky to be looked after by Bev at Burton and then Simon James to install our Bathroom. Nathan the fitter went the extra mile to get the job done and was so respectful of us and our property. They were brilliant throughout and we are so happy with our new bathroom.

The customer service center were not great organising the deliveries or communication but with Bev and Simon on hand it was not a big issue.

Bev Goosey at Burton Wickes created a design for us that was brilliant based on some requirements that we had supplied her with. Our installation was performed by Geoff and his colleagues. The quality of the workmanship and the actual kitchen items themselves is outstanding. The project went smoothly from start to finish and communications were excellent. Whilst having a new kitchen fitted is never going to be a stress-free experience, it was nowhere near as stressful as we were expecting it to be.

Our new kitchen is a joy to behold and as a place to be in/cook in. Thank you to everyone involved in our kitchen project, not only have you done us proud, you're a credit to yourselves too!

I recently visited my local wickes store in Burton upon Trent to purchase a new kitchen I had a appointment with a planning consultant Bev Goosey who was fantastic made myself and my wife very comfortable through the whole process listened to our needs and helped us to plan the perfect kitchen all in all she made it a very enjoyable experience and now looking forward to our kitchen thanks so much to Bev

Having order a new Kitchen from Wickes,Burton Upon Trent. in June 2024 the following fiasco has occurred and still is on going.The Kitchen is still unfinished.
The kitchen arrived on time but with order errors which although I did check off the order the errors didn't become apparent till the fitter arrived.
Errors. 1 large panel missing.
Solution (This was supplied from another kitchen)
2 very large back panels which has nothing to do with
our Kitchen. ( These are still awaiting collection and due to there size and weight are really in the way)
1 cupboard end panel missing. Solution( This was supplied from another kitchen)
2 over ordered plinths due to design error. ( We are still waiting for a refund)
5 rolls not required edging tape.( We are still waiting for a refund)
At the moment we are still awaiting the supply of white permits to finish the Kitchen.
Although the designer has tried to sort out the problem he has told us that the departments involved do-not answer his emails or telephone calls.
Comment.
The design details were very poor and it was difficult for us and the fitter to work out what units were supposed to go where. The design drawings should have shown at least the part number to make it easier to see what goes where.
All in all this has been a very bad experience.

Professional care from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for the designer, Susan Bower-Khan. She answered all my questions and offered helpful suggestions when asked. The deliveries came on time. Greg, the installer, was very helpful, finding solutions to problems that occurred. Friendly and professional he started work at 7.30 am and I’m delighted with my new bathroom. After a very bad experience with previous contractors I found Wickes and their staff a breath of fresh air. Well done team and thank you for all your help!
