I rang your Burton store yesterday (Friday) to enquire in regards to availability of your River Oak porcelain floor tiles as I need 32 packs , the gentleman who answered was 100% helpful and even went and checked the shelf however due to the size and weight when i arrived in a 7.5 tonne curtain sided vehicle this morning I was told there were 20 packs on a floor shelf and 12 in the warehouse I did enquire if they could just put the pallet straight on my vehicle however this was rejected and they watched me wheel half a tonne of tiles on one of your dodgy shopping trolleys out my vehicle after climbing under the floor shelf to retrieve them and then handball all 32 packs onto my vehicle after struggling to get a 7.5 tonne truck in your carpark , needless to say as a 53yr old man after doing this I didn’t have the energy to go back in and get 40 metres of skirting I needed so I ended up going to Tippers in Lichfield where 2 nice members of staff sold me and even loaded them on my vehicle with the skirting board. Iam very much shocked and disappointed at the poor service offered at your store .

I did receive a call from the store manager who apologised and said he’d ask his staff what ( I think it was quite obvious)

We have recently had a new kitchen fitted and are thrilled with the transformation. Excellent service from start to finish. We were fortunate to meet designer, Bev Goosey. Bev listened to what we wanted, came up with ideas and suggestions, conducted a home visit to view and measure the room and designed a beautiful kitchen for us. Bev is an absolute credit to Wickes and we are very appreciative.Simon James and his team fitted it for us and were a pleasure to work with, keeping us updated, suggesting improvements we hadn't considered such as an additional wall socket and beat the deadline by days. The Team worked very hard, were courteous, respectful and polite and always cleaned up after each day.
We can't rate highly enough and utterly recommend. A BIG thank you to all for an amazing room transformation.

Purchased a very competitively priced hozelock from the Burton Store. Technically tricky to access the blue light card Wickes gift card. Daniel went out of his way to help me. He called a colleague to open another til whilst he sorted the gift card for my purchase on my mobile for me.

I am having my bathroom painted, and having no idea at all Beth stepped in and I have the colour I want, the right type of paint and mixing into my colour choice was exciting and Beth was patient, kind and knowledgeable, and she smiles! Thank you wickes

Lewis planned new bathroom well, listened to our ideas and incorporated them into his design. Showed good knowledge of products.
Bathroom fitter, kept us informed throughout, happy to discuss with us. Did excellent job working everything out precisely and ensured we were happy with everything before moving on..

Excellent service delivered within 3 hrs of order

Urgently needed a tin of roof repair Acrypol sealant and it showed only one available online for click and collect. I’ve been burnt too many times so I rang up to ask a member of staff, Daniel, if it was possible for him to physically check that they had one in stock. After explaining the situation but before I could actually ask, Daniel volunteered to go and check that the tin actually was in stock. Once he found it he said he’d get it ready for when I arrive. Great customer service and a great people person. Daniel made a stressful day a lot easier to deal with. Thank you!

What made my experience great at the Burton store 'Harry' is helpfulness in helping me not only locate my purchases but he loaded them into the car for me. He showed professionalism, kindness, caring and understanding. THANK YOU HARRY a true asset to the store.

My Daughter and I went in store to buy 3metre long work top and accessories.
We asked for some assistance along came Tom, his help and knowledge put us at ease straight away.
Tom was absolutely brilliant, he had so much time for us , we got sorted thanks to the professional work of Tom , cannot praise him more.

Ordered on rapid order,brilliant that you can order something straight away and get it delivered in 3 hours,a bit pricey but you get it straight away

Great experience from start to finish! The staff were friendly, helpful, and really went the extra mile to make sure I found exactly what I needed. The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of products.

A special mention to Tom, who was absolutely fantastic—he went above and beyond to help me, taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure I was completely happy. His customer service really stood out and made the whole experience even better.

Went into the Burton store this morning and was served by Jo, what a delight to be served by a very polite, nothing was to much trouble and very knowledgeable person, once again Jo thanks for your help, I hope Wickes give you a pay rise you deserve one.

Needed a lot of tiles, they were right by the door and ready to go. Big shout out to Beth who was a super helper and really impressed us. We have a lot of stuff to get for our bathroom project and we will be back. Thank you.

I would like to say a big thank you to Susan for designing my kitchen. From the very beginning she was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to every detail. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and turned my ideas into a beautiful and practical design.

I truly appreciate her patience, advice, and the effort she put into making everything work perfectly. The whole process felt smooth and well organised thanks to her. I’m very happy with the final result and couldn’t have asked for a better designer.
