After speaking with you, I completely understand your frustration and disappointment, particularly with your delivery being left with your neighbor and the inconvenience this caused when you then had to handball the goods to your own property as they were causing an obstruction.
We also fully appreciate your concerns regarding the communication throughout the process. As we discussed, this situation could have been avoided with clearer and more timely communication, and we are genuinely sorry that this was not the case.
This is certainly not the level of service we want to provide to our customers, and we understand why you were so unhappy. Wood Quantity
Firstly, delivery was excellent - paid for a specific date, and arrived on schedule with good Comms. However, what wasn't so great was the content of the bags- I have ordered the same bags (20l Hessian) for the last 3 years and the quantity has definitely reduced this year- every bag without exception was about one third less wood than last year's. 20l is 20l....
However, following the review the company reached out for some further information and have provided compensation via some further bags- great service.

Paid extra for delivery date. No show
No contact from courier or white horse
Had to chase repeatedly all day

No show. Delivered eventually mid afternoon to wrong yard! Not one apology! Waste of my time
Tbf the product is excellent. Would definitely recommend it.

Rubbish delivery experience
Pellets are great but sadly, yet again, delivery was a problem. Bags had slipped sideways on the pallet so couldn't be unloaded by the driver. What a palaver.
