The quality of the logs is very good
The quality of the logs is very good. The delivery driver was excellent, extremely helpful in bringing the logs up the drive to the log store. Where there is room for improvement is in the notification of the timing of the delivery. This was very short but as I am retired it was not s problem. For someone who works however this could have proved problematic.

Could not deliver to my address as…
Could not deliver to my address as lorry was to big I had to arrange for the crate to be picked up and brought to my property . Nothing has been heard from White's regarding this so shall not be doing anything with them again

Product is great, well packed logs giving value for money. Delivered when I’d requested it to. Ordered on Tuesday and delivered on the Friday. Courier was great, calling in advance. Couldn’t ask for anymore.

Great products and price let down by a poor delivery service. They didn’t turn up on the day they were supposed to, I had a series of texts pushing the time back up until 8pm when the delivery was cancelled. No explanation or apology. It then showed up next day with a solo driver who struggled with the heavy load almost sliding off the back of his truck. Surely pallets weighing upwards of a ton need two people?!
I would recommend finding another delivery company…

After speaking with you, I completely understand your frustration and disappointment, particularly with your delivery being left with your neighbor and the inconvenience this caused when you then had to handball the goods to your own property as they were causing an obstruction.

Wood Quantity
Firstly, delivery was excellent - paid for a specific date, and arrived on schedule with good Comms. However, what wasn't so great was the content of the bags- I have ordered the same bags (20l Hessian) for the last 3 years and the quantity has definitely reduced this year- every bag without exception was about one third less wood than last year's. 20l is 20l....
However, following the review the company reached out for some further information and have provided compensation via some further bags- great service.
