An absolute pleasure to deal with, the process was so easy and no trying to haggle down the price on a phone that’s in perfect condition. Makes a change to deal with such an honest company. I won’t be... Leggi di più

Got quoted on a comparison site, sent phone off and next day got my payment (amount quoted) quick and easy service. Would recommend! Thank you 🙏🏼
Was slightly wary as despite the reviews being mostly positive there were one or two examples of people getting their valuation knocked down. Not at all the case for me, I have been paid my full valua... Leggi di più

Absolutely brilliant!
Best price offered for my old iphone, despatched a free delivery box within one day, received and inspected the phone the next and paid the full quoted price the same day. Really can’t fault them and will definitely look to them first when recycling future stuff. First class!

The only place to sell you phone - phenomenal service
Sent my item to WBT after a pretty rubbish experience with one of their competitors (Uberlink).
WBT confirmed receipt of my device, tested it and sent payment all within 24 hours. On top of this they paid the full price that was offered initially. Cannot recommend them enough. The third party tech sales market has a lot of sharks that will bait and switch, but WBT were true to their word, extremely efficient and stand out in the most positive way.

Hello Lee,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience!
We're delighted to hear that, after a disappointing experience elsewhere, we were able to restore your faith in the phone trade-in process. Our team works hard to ensure every quote is fair, every test is thorough, and every payment is made as quickly as possible—so it's fantastic to hear we delivered on all three.
We especially appreciate your comments about receiving the full quoted price. Unlike some of the "creative negotiators" in the industry, we believe a quote should mean exactly that!
Thanks again for your recommendation and for choosing WBT. We hope to help you again the next time you're ready to upgrade.

Absolutely couldn’t fault ‘We Buy Tek’
Absolutely couldn’t fault ‘We Buy Tek’! I did my research and mainly used them because of the reviews although I think on the whole, they also gave me the best offer for my IPhone 14! I requested the pack to be sent to me so that I could send my phone to them securely - this arrived in a couple of days maximum! I’d made sure that I’d read the information correctly of what option to choose for the condition of my phone, that way it was less likely to be down-valued etc! I sent the phone on Saturday (30th) May, received confirmation today that my phone had been received and was in the queue to be assessed, within an hour, id received confirmation that the phone was as described and the money would be in my bank account before 6pm this evening! It actually arrived about 5 minutes after the email confirming it was all good! I received the amount quoted previously and was paid super fast too! Thanks so much, really impressed and already told colleagues and friends about your company!!
