Quick and easy to send you old phone and receive payment. Customer service is good.
Be prepared for when you select and tick the relevant box regarding the state of your phone, they will come back saying that there is a problem with your device.
Both times I ticked the box that indicated the phones were faulty included cracked screens etc.... and the website quoted a figure based on these facts.
I then received an e-mail on both occasions dropping the price because of the cracked screens etc...which I had already disclosed. The e-mails were pretty much word for word with the same explanation. My impression was it was a standard reply.

Offered the best price for my iPhone 13 with cracked screen, return package/label came quickly, was advised it had been received and was being tested and the offer I had been quoted was paid into my bank the next day.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with this company to recycle my sons Iphone 14 pro max.
I have recycled many devices with many different companies and I have never experienced service like this !!
The phone was posted on a Friday and arrived on the Monday it was booked in checked and payment was made all on the same day !!! This turn around is amazing ive seen processing take days before so this to be done in a day and to be kept up to date on each step was a breath of fresh air and the cherry on top was to be paid the actual price quoted is unbelievable no quibbling at all !!!
I will definitely be using you again in the future this deserves a 10 star review !!!!

It’s completely unreliable
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with WeBuyTek. I used their online system to get a quote for my iPhone 15 Pro. I was very honest about the condition and specifically selected "Faulty" because the screen was damaged. The website generated a quote for £300, even though their own criteria acknowledged the screen damage.
However, as soon as they received the phone, they dropped the price by over £100. It feels like a classic "bait and switch" tactic. Their quote system seems designed to give you an inflated price just to get you to send the device in, only for them to slash the offer once they have your phone in their possession.
Interestingly, if you play around with their online quote tool and change the conditions, you’ll notice the pricing makes no sense, sometimes offering more money for non-working phones than they do the clean ones. It’s completely unreliable or they know they can low ball you and try steal your phone from you.
Save yourself the hassle and the postage: do not believe the price they give you online. They will try to lowball you the moment it arrives.

Sent my phone off as 'faulty' condition…
Sent my phone off as 'faulty' condition which adhered to their terms. Only one 'fault' which was the side on/off button. Their report came back stating the volume buttons didn't work either, I knew this wasn't true so decline their revised valuation knocking 33% off the original offer and asked for the phone to be returned. Sure enough, booted the phone up, volume buttons work fine. I have a photo showing the volume button responding to my press, which also shows the phone's serial next to their report with matching serial. Unfortunately I can't add photos. Order #1770987083 for anyone from webuytek who cares.

10/10, this company offered me the most money for my old phone on a comparison site, they sent me a pack in the post and a prepaid label to send it away. Money in the bank in a few days! Literally the day after they received it. And the FULL amount too. I was sure the quote would be knocked down as I didn’t have the original box etc but no they paid the amount they initially quoted. Will definitely use their services again. Thanks so much!

Don’t bother.
It’s a shame I can’t attach a video to my review as I took a video of my iPhone 11 just before I put it in the package to send off to We Buy Tek for recycling.
I was offered maybe £50 initially for the phone, then had a email saying they had found some faults (screen discolouration and white spots) and would be offering less than that. I’ve just rewatched the video I took of me scrolling through some functions on the phone and the device is yes, older than most, but the screen is perfect.
Total waste of time, to be honest. If the phone isn’t returned in the condition I sent it in, I will follow this up appropriately. Disappointing and would not recommend.
