Was very nervous about selling iPhone 16 pro max online fearful of scams on eBay and potential to be scammed by companies offering to buy. I came across this site from a selling comparison website and even after a bit of research was still apprehensive given some negative reviews. Still I felt this was the safer option and took precautions like taking photos of packed phone and imei and sent Royal Mail special delivery.

In the end I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I sent the phone Thursday 9th at a post office. It was delivered Friday 10th at 10am. I received a confirmation email before midday to say they had received and within a couple of hours another email to say it was accepted and they were paying me the full estimated value. At 17.30 they sent another email saying the payment had been approved and was waiting a final check with account dept and to expect funds within 14 hours Monday- Friday. To my surprise the funds were in my bank at 07.30 Saturday morning.

It is not same day payment, I sold my iPhone 17 Pro max and still haven't received the payment it has been 2 days, so it is not same day payment. Customer service is also non existent. I would know just like my device back. I only sold the phone because of the promise of next day delivery

I sent my phone to them and gave an accurate description of the condition of my phone. I was told I would receive £45 but when they received my phone they offered me £5. I asked for my phone back and they have now said (after a week) that I would have to pay the cost of postage. I complained but guess what no one has come back to me!
