I had availed dry clean service for my sofa covers and curtains through washho website. I must share experience here. I would really like to appreciate ‘Pooja’ for her efforts personal touch to my order. I was very scared and particular about my sofa clothes and curtains about their dry cleaning and ironing.She understood my need and was in constant touch with the workshop team to get the work done perfect to my satisfaction. I really would like to thank Pooja for her politeness and superior customer service handling. She has personally followed up on my order for pickup, delivery and workshop tasks.She deserves a huge round of applause and thumbs up for her extra mile of service she is rendering and giving customers a delightful experience.Highly recommended professional dry cleaning services with top notch quality of work.Highly satisfied and happy. I am deeply disappointing with the quality of work done on my suits as well as white shirt. The Suits looks to be much older now and it appears that it has been washed rather than dry cleaned. Same is the case with my white shirt which has been washed and blue color applied thereafter. It appears that a cheap local dry cleaners have been outsourced this work.
