They did an emergency pickup for me out of pickup hours because I needed to leave from that place in 2 days.
Overall, nice option to get your clothes drycleaned at the tap of your fingers.

I used Washho for dry cleaning and they are super fast in picking up and delivering the cleaned clothes. It’s very easy to book a pickup and delivery. They have online payment options which makes it so hassle free

Experience was good, good dry cleaning service and good customer support

Team made incorrect invoice with double the amount. After highlighting and raising they revised the invoice. Delivery condition is really bad, amd all dry cleaned clothes and suit are crumpled and all crease gone when you receive it. Specially highlighted on removing stains, which still existed even after the dry cleaning. Upon raising to the team no one is responding just because they have got money. Really bad service. Do not recommend.

This is one of the worst company, pethetic customer service, they have damaged my quilt with hot iron and stiched it and send back, they claimed quilt is drycleaned but they have just put some odour.

WORST SERVICE. NEVER EVER GIVE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS PEOPLE. THEY DONT EVEN CLEAN IT.

I HAVE GIVEN THEM MY BLANKET AND CARPET FOR WASH. YESTERDAY THEY HAVE RETURNED IT, MY BLANKET SMELLS SO BAD.. I DONT UNDERSTAND, I HAD GIVEN THEM FOR WASH NOT TO MAKE WORST.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT, NO RESPONSE AT ALL. THEY CHARGED HOWMUCH EVER THEY WANTED TO AND NOW THEY DON EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY

I booked them for while house cleaning and it was a wonderful and a stupendous job done by their team! The guys who came to clean were thoroughly professional, cleanliness was upto the mark and the job done was sparkling!

They were very polite and we're a delight to have them in the house!

A special mention to Ms Pooja Kakkad who was constantly in touch with me prior to the booking as well as post work done! She is a thorough professional in her work and I believe she will be very successful in whatever career she chooses!

All in all a stupendous experience with washho and their team of brilliant and kind team! Well done and highly recommended for a hassle free house cleaning experience!

Beware of #Washho Washho - On Demand Service , the fraud online laundromat company. The first pick up the clothes without counting , later they claim the count as per their wish ( lost one cloth due to this) , then they send invoice as per their wish without bothering their publist rate list. Incase you demand your cloth back then they will ask 200 as cancellation fees for returninig the clothes ( this cancellation fees only no where mentioned in website).

Pls ware of this fraud Washho - On Demand Service company and spread the word to your friends and relatives to not fall in to their trap.

One of the worst places to get clothes dry cleaned. They infact have no idea how to dry clean sarees especially pattu sarees. And above all the customer service is horrible.

Its been over a week and still, I haven't got my curtains back. Tried reaching them through emails and Whatsapp but no response. This is very unprofessional and very scary.

Ironing prices are too exuberant....!!! No where compared to others in market, just milking money.

I LOVE Washho!! Amazing quality of service and really great customer service! But if asked me this feedback 10 days back, I would have given a VERY negative feedback. Why? Some background... I have given my blankets for dry wash with Washho in March, and right next day, the COVID Lockdown has begun and I received my blankets back only after 2 months when the lockdown rules relaxed (which is understandable), and the blankets received were wrapped in a plastic wrapper which was torn and got lot of holes in it. Right then i almost lost the impression on Washho, and decided never ever going to do business with Washho!! I sent an email to Washho expressing my disappointment very strongly. Right next day, I received a call from an extremely nice & kind Partner Relations Manager, *Pooja Kakkad*. The way Pooja handled my negative tone was commendable, and she not only took time to understand what happened and empathized with me, but she has also explained why the cover might have gone torn, and she gave an offer to do a re-service of both my blankets free of charge - and she did keep her promise!! I got my blankets dry cleaned second time and this time they were great!! When Washho was about to lose a loyal customer, Pooja Kakkad had stepped in and changed my perspective! 👍🏼
