Service was good , customer support very helpful

Extremely bad service...they cheat on price..their price quote and actual bill does not match...cheaters

Worst experience. They have failed to delivery on time and they calculated the wrong bill where I have asked them to recheck the bill. And they promised I will get call back and even they didn, t return my clothes. And I have not got any response for my emails, messages,calls.

Extremely unprofessional service. Should not be in the business in the first place. They were repeatedly not able to meet their own commitments multiple times. They are very difficult to reach. To top it, when I responded to a survey they sent, the person who called me to apologise for the shoddy service actually was very rude to me. All this unacceptable service and attitude comes at a steep cost. They are way too costlier than other comparable competitors

Pathetic service, Very unprofessional and have no value for customer time. I am begging them to give my clothes and they failed to deliver. I am stranded from going to work as i trusted washho. It's almost a week and i am yet to receive my clothes. And their customer support is no good, they don't know what is customer satisfaction and how to deal with a customer. Stupid service. I would definitely not recommend them nor ever going to use a washho service.

Used their service, very efficient & good. They handled my requirement & delivered on time! My only suggestion is use cloth bags instead of plastic bags😊

Wash-Ho is perfect for me, I was on Google looking for an all-round Laundry Service company and I tried some...I stumbled upon Wash-Ho and gave it a shot - - - I can tell, as long as I am in Mumbai, I would definitely be a customer now... 👍🏻 😇

Saves time! Simple and quick service.

Terrible experience. Worst service. They delayed my laundry and kept making false promises of delivering. Finally when they came to deliver after a week, they came with the wrong clothes! App is highly inconvenient to use as well.

Worst ever experience. Please please do not give your clothes here. They have horrible service right from pick up. I don't want to give even one star for their service. Customer support is not good as well. You need to repeatedly follow up with them for any updates. Further the only response you get is " your order is under processing".
It's been more than 10days and no revert from their end. I don't even know whether I'll get my clothes back.

Pathetic service and prices are manipulated very smartly. The people washho send for pick up and drop for laundry especially in Hyderabad are morons. They act very pricey and rude. When you ask them about weighing machine or laundry bag, they say they are not carrying one. You have to arrange for bags yourself when you are not prepared. Generally, other washing apps send proper bags and weighing machines and they weigh in front of you. This was first time I tried washho, I would really regret sending my clothes to this laundry service company. They tell us they will take the weight once reaching warehouse. There is no guarantee of the amount. And then when you reach customer care, they are least supportive. Also, their prices are also not very clear on app and that can manipulate the first time custoners. Further, the authenticity of charging per kg goes for a toss when they actually don't weigh the load in front of you.

I feel one should better go for near by trusted dry cleaning shops. Atleast they are more authentic and better and clear.

Very bad , irresponsible and very very poor service. I am repenting after trying in a hurry , my old nother gave her sarees, now they are not evwn replying or givib any discounts to first time customer or in festive discounts, there are many other options, pls dont rely on their arrogabt service

Pathetic service..thought of getting my expensive shirts dry cleaned..but stains stayed where they were and these guys thought earning easy money without hard work..
Not a sustainable business plan..long term business will suffer because providing top class service should be your core value but looks like no service and easy money is the value of your business..
