Worst ppls and cheating the customers, very bad ironing, burnt my dress in ironing.

Worst service.
They literally ruined my new clothes. All of my black clothes have some white lint and most of my clothes are now faded. F you guys.

The most pathetic laundry services I have ever seen.
Almost 10-12 clothes have been stolen or misplaced.
Now the customer care team isn't responding at all.
They always delays the delivery and come on the time when you won't be available at your place.
Fraudsters, scammers and the looters.

They will deliver the clothes very late and there is no proper communication .
when we call them , they will not respond.
we have to go behind them for the clothes.

I had given a jacket for dry cleaning, recived it burnt after a significant delay and multiple follow ups.
Refused to refund my money.
Admitted that it was a new joiner in the team who burnt it by mistake. Tried to offer me a penny, which I refused and they stopped answering.
Lack of professionalism, apology and timely response.

Terrible service and completely useless customer service. Stay away from these people.

Very poor service. They deliver me my items in 6 days. Also they charged 1800 rs of all 6 items. Cleaning was also very poor. Not happy. I will. Not recommended to anyone.

Not a good experience! They lack trained staff! Don't even think about giving expensive clothes for dry cleaning! Please read their terms and conditions. Anything happens to your expensive clothes they will give you 2k and the work is done!

One of the worst services I have ever seen. They missed my tshirt which was supposed to be processed under express delivery. Literally a tshirt is over-charged as a sweater. They missed my tshirt and delivered it after one week. Funny thing is they found the tshirt on day one. They just kept it for a week. The refund they offered me was Rs.150 off on next order. They moved after threatening them with legal action.

I had chosen express delivery but it has been more than a week and they havent delivered my clothes yet. I keep calling the guy and he never answers, didn't even get help from their WhatsApp number. Not sure if clothes will be delivered.

I am now unsure if my clothes worth thousands of ruppees will even be delivered. No help from customer support even after complaining multiple times. I freaking hate these guys.

Guys please don't get fooled I had given clothes for wash and ironing they did not wash. They stamped on my dress or what i dont jnow there were shoe marks.Ironing was pathetic the dress had lots of wrinkles not ready to refund Mt money even after sharing photos.

Pathetic cleaning.They claim that they have dry cleaned the clothes and quilt. But it has come as it is just ironed, that too a horrible job. Not at all professional. Can’t trust them. Please don’t waste your money just fir the service if pickup from your doorstep and drop.

I am very happy with WASHHO service. 5 star for cleanliness, Cost,time, budget friendly and service. They are really helpful and they even deliver my consignment before time. Even the delivery executive waited for me for almost 30 mins after alloted time and after his shift and still the executive was super polite with me.
Overall I am very satisfied and happy with the service.

So, First of all they didn’t even wash the clothes they came same as I gave it to them. I booked express service which is Rs. 600 min billing, during pickup asked the executive to weigh he said he forgot the machine and will send the updates on email. Followed up with them for 2hrs then they shared the details. Now during delivery the exe insisted I pay 600 which is half of what they service for, spoke to Anil and he was rude. They are cheating people, please don’t even try them.

Very Fraud company.... Never use to going there services again in my whole life.... They destroyed my all clothes....and They have used very low quality detergents which smell very very bad....... Very bad service ....I would.never recommended anyone
