Amazing Service
Almost immediate response to an issue with my VM. Amazingly helpful and I was up and running within 30 minutes. I have used VPS for nearly 10 years and have always been amazed at such good service in todays world.

We have been with this company for more than 7 years and the ride has always been smooth. About a week ago there was an issue which actually I believe it to be some confusion, well, after communicating the situation to their fantastic technical department the issue was corrected satisfactory. They even went out of their way and credited our company with a 50 dollar credit which is very nice and professional on their part. If you want a solid platform with professional people this is it. Thanks again VPS.NET. Ladera Communications will always be your customer.
VPS great servers, better support
I really love working with VPS for 2 reasons besides the servers being reliable...chat support typically will be there in 5 or max 10 minutes, and when there is a problem they help you find a solution. Most hosting providers tell you to talk with your developer and find the solution. Have used VPS.net for a number of years now and am very happy, it is worth the slightly higher price due to their support.

We pay a premium for our VPS…
We pay a premium for our VPS specifically to avoid IP address problems. It's frustrating that after several years of service, VPS.net is now requiring us to change our IP address, leaving us no other option.
