misleading information from staff member
I went last sunday to lakeside shopping center store. one of vodaforne staff name(Delum) gives us few option for my upgrade. i have found a good deal as £31pm plus my sim monthly cost what im paying currently (£8pm) and i asked to complete this process. he did everything and asked us to comeback in few days to collect device.
We went back after few days and monthly price magically went to £73pm. i was surprised when i hered this from the other vodafone team member on store. it was 30 minutes drive and i went twice. wasted time. im sure this is my last contract with vodafone also whole family will be moving to somewhere else. currently using home broadband and im sure im not going to extend with vodafone.

Lost device
Took my phone in for repair a week ago. Vodafone have no idea where my phone is and have been told I need to chase it with the store. Phone number provided by Vodafone customer service is invalid and I now have to travel to the store again when I'm due to give birth any day now.

If the phone is still at the store we would be unable to see anything via others channels which is likely why you have been advised to contact the store. Once your phone has been sent for a repair we're able to view updates from the repairs team regarding your devices journey.
We are able to attempt to call and or email the store for you as well, this may take a little more time.

Horrible customer service and network
Customer service lady was mocking and there were two others were laughing as I was enquiring about the product and service.
Very insulting and humalatin
I decided to leaving this horrible behaviour
My home broadband and Mobil data isn’t giving me adequate service.
